„One of our favourite stays was at White Swan Guest House. We had the most amazing experience from the staff. September 2024 We traveled to Meizhou from Shezhen. Being from Australia with limited communication we struggled to get a DiDi not realising we were in the wrong town wanting a long trip. We contacted White Swan hoping they could help us get transport. The lovely ladies Alice and Anna made every attempt to get us a DiDi so late at night and they had a friend who was able to get us from the train station. Once he was at Meizhou train station and couldn’t locate us. Alice suggested we share location on WeChat. it was then that we all realised we were in the wrong town. We had accidentally got off the train at the station before Meizhou, Xingningcun Alice & Anna were so kind and offered to help find us accommodation for the night as it was already midnight. We didn’t really want to because it will interfere with our schedule but there were no more trains.  The ladies understood and  said they could ask her DiDi driver friend but no guarantee as he had finished work for the night. She asked if he would be willing to travel the 1.5 hours to Xingning South Railway station at 1am to come get us. Which would actually have him driving for 3 hours for us. It was a late night but we are so grateful that they tried so hard to communicate with us and make us feel safe and cared for. He was wonderful and because of his kindness we reached out to him many times during our stay. The staff especially Anna and Alice were amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to China a memorable experience. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. September 2025 Because of the 2024 experience, we have chosen to stay at White Swan Guest House. They continue to go above and beyond, and it was great to reconnect with Alice again.”

„A 20 mins drive from meizhouxi station. Location is convenient. Going to the Jiangbei pedestrian street is a 15 mins drive. Next to the hotel is a convenience store which closes at 12midnight. Breakfast is only average. Soundproofing is good. Overall is a good hotel to stay.”

„We like this hotel very much . It’s near to Cathedral , thousand temple Pagoda. Breakfast is good ( local food) top notch service from all the staffs . Highly recommended. Staffs are really helpful and sincere.”

„The hotel located near to the Hakka Park, but bit far from the main entrance to outside area. It's not convenient for the elderly people or who can't walk up and down the slope. Hotel should have a buggy to bring the hotel guests to go down to the main entrance area. Hotel staff are not helpful. The customer service of hotel should be improved.”

„Location far from city. Its a apartmen complex. Room is big and spacious and new. But seems that cleaning is not done properly. Many corners of the unit need thoroighly cleaning. Other from that are all good.”

„趁着國慶來臨前先來玩一下，避開大軍，自習挑選了這間民宿。果然沒選錯。 房子佈置的很細緻，很乾凈整潔，比我之前在其他地方住的好太多了。 陽台景觀視野很美無遮攔，很出片。 下樓就是客家小鎮，很方便。 房東姐姐很熱情，相應迅速，有問必答。 必須好評！”

„民宿環境超級好，有個非常美的花園。老闆娘很熱情，給升級了大房間，晚餐也在民宿吃的，簡直太好吃了，梅州特色小吃，真的不用去街上的飯店吃飯。房間是復古的風格，真可惜衹待了一天，門口就是梅江，停車也很方便。老闆娘還給我們做了出遊的攻略，看到了超美的陰那山櫻花園。非常感謝。來梅州玩的朋友真心推薦大家住尋麓”
