„Very convenient hotel for those travelling by train. They were really nice and prepared take away breakfasts for us at 6:30 because our train was leaving before the breakfast opens in the morning. There is a good restaurant called Baifushun teahouse nearby to eat noodles for lunch and barbecue in the evening. Right down the hotel on the right, there is a convenience store. I really liked the 2 paintings in the room. I recommend this hotel who is very close to the railway and bus station.”

„Sally is so great. She even loan us a wal power adapter we badly need it. She and her friendly hotal staffs arranged a courtesy shuttle to train station. Wow! buffet breafast was the widest variety we have ever seen! we don't need a lunch! i will definitely recommend this hotel in my Los angeles based Burmese newspapers serving rapidly growing Burmese community for sure.”

„Very nice hotel - centrally located The hotel is very clean. The room was big and comfortable with good amenities and very comfortable beds. Our room was clean and good. It was also possible to open the window a little if you want fresh air. The hotel is located «above» a mall, you must take the elevator to the 19th floor where the reception and restaurant is located. This was absolutely no problem, and the location is excellent. There is a vibrant and modern area around the hotel. It’s not close to the railway station, but catching taxi or even bus is easy. The breakfast was very good and had a nice selection of Chinese food. Tasty and fresh dishes, and nice service from the staff in the restaurant. The service of the staff in the reception was very good. We stayed for two nights, first one and then we returned again because of the good service and overall quality of the hotel. The staff didn’t exercise much English, but with the translation apps it’s absolutely no problem to communicate. If you have WeChat it’s super easy to communicate - the hotel has its own WeChat. BoLi Hotel provided a very good experience and we can truly recommend this hotel.”

„酒店設施十分完善新淨，早餐的口味是我在這一趟十多天的青海行程裏所有酒店裏面最好的！酒店前台接待人員十分有禮，房間中央空調自帶加濕不用再開加濕器十分好評！酒店的電視十分大觀賞舒適投屏方便，又可以前後轉動！有點小小小瑕疵洗澡時候沒人在房間時房間會關燈！停車方便酒店對面就是商場裏面有很多東西吃！維持希爾頓一貫水平！下次前往西寧都會優先選擇入住！”

„The front desk was very friendly and helped me arranged a 1 day tour of Qinghai and Chaka Salt lakes. The hotel breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of food and coffee options. The gym was empty, offered a great view, but had limited equipment. Lastly, my king sized bed was crazy comfortable!!!”

„The hotel room and its bathroom are very large spacious and they would meet four star hotel standard if they were kept clean and well maintained. But the carpet throughout the hotel needs to be changed and only one (and two later) out of four elevators was (were) working that caused big problems when all room were occupied. Guest reported the problem to the local police and a second elevator started to work one day later. Overall a great asset but very poor managed.”

„I love this hotel network atmosphere and attitude to details many things are automatic and modern. in Xining reception staff was very friendly and kind they helped to change my room type to 1 bed type as i was alone but originally internet offered only twin room. the only problem was TV i couldnt change any channels and functions and i couldnt switch it off easy coz TV remote control no working. same with air con system ( maybe it is automatic?) i couldn't turn it on. other things are very very good level”

„I will start off by saying that the room and bathroom were well appointed, the staff were friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. However, whilst the room was generally clean, when I dropped something that subsequently rolled under a fitted unit, I was pretty disgusted to see the dust and filth beneath it. It clearly had not been cleaned for…well…ever? I appreciate that these areas will not be as clean as the more visible parts of the room, however for a five star hotel, this is unacceptable. I do not expect to find dirty tissues and a thick layer of dust and dirt anywhere in my hotel room. But by far the absolute worst part of my stay was the inability to control the temperature in the room whatsoever. The room was so swelteringly hot that despite the comfortable bed, and everything to go with it, I was almost unable to sleep at all. I do not expect this in a five star hotel(and have never experienced it other than here and at anther Wanda hotel in Hohhot), I pay for luxury; controlling the room temperature is a basic requirement that I can even do in a 50 yuan a night hostel dorm. When I asked the staff at reception the following morning I was told the AC wouldn’t be available until after April 15th because ‘it’s cold outside’. Firstly, I am not sleeping outside, I am sleeping inside, on the 22nd floor, where it is anything but cold. Not to mention it was April, not January, even in Xining it is not that cold. Secondly, as a paying guest, in a five star hotel, it should be up to me to decide if it is hot or cold, not the hotel. For this reason, as lovely as the room, staff and breakfast may have been, I would not stay here again. I checked out and moved to the lower rated Hilton, where I could control the room temperature and actually managed to sleep…generally what the whole point of a hotel is.”

„The front desk staff of the hotel called us before we arrived at the hotel. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk's service attitude was also very warm. The room also gave fruit and yoghurt. We also accepted breakfast and dinner time. The room was very clean. It was very close to the railway station. It was also very convenient. It also helped upgrade the room type. The northwest trip was very perfect. Next time I will come again.”
