Thehotel is 28 kilometers away from Batang Airport, a 30 minute drive away, andis equipped with a business shuttle bus to pick up and drop off the airport(advance reservation is required with the front desk).

„偏是真的偏，大是真的大，氣派是真的氣派。我理解全季酒店還是偏商務便捷的，但是這家因為地方比較空曠，硬件做出來五星級的模樣。停車場巨大，隨意進出，不用登記很方便。前台人很多，但是工作效率一般。講話速度也慢，反應也慢，真是急死我了。一個簡單的入住前前後後辦了很久，需要加強培訓。有一羣年紀稍大的、好像也沒有穿酒店制服的阿姨很大聲在那裡談笑。看上去是酒店的工作人員，之後在健身房也遇到過，具體負責什麼不清楚，但是蠻違和的。房間沒啥好説的，又是新開店，都很乾凈漂亮。燈光可以調百分比的亮度，這一點我覺得特別的好。WiFi不能接電腦，衹能通過手機。商務客請注意。洗衣房的烘衣機三台都是壞的，好在這家的店長還比較有服務意識，幫我們把已經洗好的衣服送到另外一家分店去烘乾了，希望儘快修好，如果一時之間修不好，最好也是貼一個告示，大家知道一下，就不會盲目去洗完以後不知道接下來濕的怎麼辦了。早餐方面，咖啡很好喝。”
