Very nice hotel. Food and Service are also good. especially Ms. Mahrukh helped us a lot. Very nice and beautiful lady.

Very Bad experience while staying at Hotel one Multan with my family, they are located at heart of the Multan city and completely failed to provide hot water for shower in the morning, gave us poor quality bedsheets and towel which were not properly washed, very low standard over priced.

The hotel staff was too good. Their room was very airy and neat clean.hotel management was fabulous. When i taste the food its amazing❤i am fully impressed with this hotel. Neat and clean environment attract me the most to visit this amazing place again. Thnku❤

One of the best budgeted hotel in the city of saints. Well maintained and very clean hotel. Very professional staff. Well behaved and very courteous. Recommended for family trip. Keep it up guys. Good luck.

The room ambiance is too good, beds are comfortable. The dining area is appealing, breakfast is yummy and they mostly accommodate last minute request. Location is ideal, no hustle bustle on the road and peaceful environment

we booked a king room , 4 person the Room was perfect they added 2 mattress and everything was comfortable 👍🏻 The breakfast was yummm Absolutely upto mark loved everything 👍🏻 one thing i must say everyone In staff owns the hotel They are dedicated and thats what Makes your experience the Best !

Hotel One Multan offers a pleasant experience with some standout features, but there are areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest satisfaction. The food quality is excellent, especially the dishes prepared by Chef Shahzad, who has a remarkable taste in her hands. Throughout my 7-day stay, the food was consistently awesome. The Business package provided by the hotel was satisfactory, but the regular prices for items outside the package seemed too high. For example, a milkshake glass priced at Rs. 800 is significantly more expensive than what you can find in nearby locations for Rs. 70 - 100. It would be great if the hotel could reevaluate its pricing to make it more reasonable for guests. On the positive side, the room service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Mehran and another courteous staff member whose name I unfortunately forgot. Their attentive and friendly service significantly contributed to making my stay enjoyable. However, I did encounter some issues with the reception staff. Their behavior appeared irresponsible at times, as they didn't properly adhere to instructions and instead seemed to brush them off with a smile. This aspect needs immediate improvement, as efficient and reliable reception service is crucial to a pleasant guest experience. Another area that could be enhanced is the restaurant's seating capacity. It is currently insufficient to accommodate the number of guests, leading to potential waiting times and overcrowding during peak hours. Relocating the restaurant to a larger area or expanding the seating arrangements could alleviate this problem and create a more comfortable dining environment. In conclusion, Hotel One Multan has several positive aspects, including delicious food prepared by Chef Shahzad, attentive room service provided by Mehran and another staff member, and an appealing Business package. However, addressing the pricing of regular menu items, improving the behavior and efficiency of the reception staff, and expanding the restaurant's seating capacity would undoubtedly elevate the overall guest experience and make the hotel even more attractive to visitors.
