"A complete surprise, a truly four-plus star in Multan. Great rooms with a sense of style, rare for Pakistan. Perhaps the best hotel on a two week trip through Pakistan. The afternoon "tea" was superb and great value for money. The service top notch. The only downside is that although it is in the center, as foreigners we were asked to only leave with a police escort. This did not seem strictly necessary."

"Ostatnio mam szansę odwiedzić multian znaleziono hotel jeden tariq road multian dobre miejsce, jak jego lokalizacja w centrum miasta mój pobyt w tym hotelu okazuje się warte dla każdej panny spędziłem pracownicy był zbyt przyjazny i pokierunkowy , Pokoje były czyste i ciche, które było najlepsze dla jakości snu zamiast podwyższonej temperatury na zewnątrz tam pokoje były chłodne z AC uruchomienia z powodu nieprzerwane pokoje zasilania były obecne tylko na jeden połączenie Ich restauracja była również bardzo dobry , Szef kuchni był bardzo miły i do ziemi jakość żywności i smak był do marki"

"We stayed at Faletti's for 8 nights whilst we were on a cricket tour of Pakistan. On arrival the hotel upgraded us, at no extra cost, to a large and luxurious suite on the 6th floor with extensive views over Multan. There are a wide choice of food options for both breakfast and dinner. We liked the swimming pool and rooftop terrace. Unfortunately, during our stay my wife fell and broke her elbow, which necessitated a stay in hospital. On hearing about this mishap all the hotel staff were most concerned about her welfare. Indeed, the hotel manager, taking a large bunch of roses, even visited my wife in the hospital. When she came out the staff couldn't do enough to make the rest of her time at Faletti's a special one. The hotel staff, like all the other local people we came across in Multan, Lahore and Rawalpindi, were the most welcoming and considerate we have encountered on our travels. "

"This is not a hotel, but a prison. If you check in here, you will not leave. This is not a joke, you cannot even leave the hotel whenever you want, even if you check out. They do not let you out of the hotel - you cannot go to a pharmacy, or a store, or buy water, or a cafe. You need a security escort. The hotel cannot organize this adequately. The security has neither the time nor the desire to accompany tourists. We were given 40 minutes to see the whole city, we were forbidden to move around on foot - only in a car + an escort car. We were not allowed to see anything - they said that everywhere is dangerous (not true). Do not get involved with this hotel, the service is simply terrible, the reception is absolutely incompetent. There is nothing to do on the hotel grounds, no activities, just sit in the room under a dusty air conditioner. We were scared by the attitude of the staff and ran away earlier, although we still had paid days. This is not a vacation, but stress."
