Hotele w: Obersendling, Monachium

It is a bit far from Marienplatz (7 stops from nearest S station), convenient supermarket right below the hotel, entrance to the hotel not at ground floor but easy to reach at first floor, good breakfast

Building is located around 400m from Siemenswerke station but the walk is not sheltered so need to take note of rain/snow. Room is spacious and comes with washing machine and cooking wares. Toilet does not have sufficient wet and dry separation so unable to on the showerhead fully without water flowing out to the dry area. I went during the holiday season so the service staff was unable to respond to my query on one of the days of the holiday period. Room price is considered reasonable to me given that I booked during the holiday season and it comes with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay.

Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread. Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me. My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience. Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay.

Dobra infrastruktura i lokalizacja, zaledwie 2 minuty spacerem od stacji metra, która dowiezie Cię bezpośrednio do centrum. Obsługa personelu jest ulepszona (pomyłka przy zameldowaniu i nie można było znaleźć dostarczonego przedmiotu jako pierwszego). Sprzątanie pokoju należy zamówić w recepcji, w przeciwnym razie nikt nie sprząta pokoju. To niedopuszczalne w hotelu w tym przedziale cenowym!

The location is close to a subway station, but traveling with large luggage can be bulky. We stayed in Munich for a few days, and the breakfast was amazing.It cost 21 euro per pax. The most memorable part was the view—Munich was snowing, and I found a few beautiful spots in the hotel garden. The only downside was that the toilet was not clean enough. Other than that, everything was perfect, though the hotel is slightly far from the city center.

Really nice hotel for the price. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the room well equipped. The hotel has a beautiful interior, nice bar and roodtop area. The only slightly negative remark is that the wifi is very complicated to connect to and kept on disconnecting when you switch off the TV . This is quite inconvenient. There is a dishwasher in the room, but no dishwashing soap.. Maybe on purpose? Overall a very nice stay and recommendable.

I booked a room for my visiting family. It was literally in the building next to where I live. It was spotless, modern and the bed comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and so convenient to be able to prepare what they wanted when they wanted. The staff was very supportive and attentive. My family absolutely loved it! I will do this again for our next visitors who pass through Munich.

Zalety: W holu znajdują się mile widziane owoce i lokalne słodycze, do bezpłatnego użytku. Po raz pierwszy w ciągu ostatnich kilku dni widziałem coś takiego, nawet przy cenie przekraczającej 1000 juanów. Naprzeciwko hotelu znajduje się przystanek autobusowy, co jest wygodniejsze. Ze względu na odległe położenie jest tu niewiele osób i jest bardzo cicho. Pokój jest dobrze dźwiękoszczelny. Restauracja na pierwszym piętrze powinna być popularną lokalną restauracją i dość tętniącą życiem. Wady: Obsługa podczas odprawy była naprawdę zła. To była *****a lub *****a. Nie można zbyt wiele pochwalić higieny w pokoju. Za deską sedesową znajdowały się żółte plamy moczu, a ręczniki i poszewki na poduszki nie były zbyt czyste. Bez względu na to, ile dni pobytu będziesz mieć zapewnioną tylko jedną wodę mineralną i czepek kąpielowy, a zużyte artykuły nie będą już zapewniane. Wokół jest plac budowy, a przy bocznych drzwiach duży plac budowy. Nie ma co myśleć o krajobrazie. Wygląda na to, że prędko nie zostanie ukończony. Pokój jest bardzo mały. Dwa łóżka znajdują się obok siebie. Wystrój przypomina trochę klub nocny. Światła są czerwone, żółte, niebieskie i fioletowe. To naprawdę nie do zniesienia.
