Hotel location was excellent.
Room size was decent with the price we paying.

The location is perfect!!! I wish the microwave was on every floor so I don't have to go up and down with my food. Also, housekeeping has rooms for improvement.

The hotel is located very close to the railway station. It is very convenient. The hotel is comfortable and the facilities is enough for a tourist. There are a lot of shops under ground as it is a railway stations. You can access any locations in the town by the railway stations. I like it very much. The only drawback is the hotel price is a little bit high.

Nice business-and-leisure oriented hotel in the downtown of Nagoya city.
Connected to the train station (Nagoya station) with its multiple lines and train companies; well connected to the Bus Center as well.
Quick check-in and check-out process.
Room is clean, spacious enough, comfortable, and has all the essential items for a pleasant stay.
Many restaurants and shopping spots around the location.
There's also plenty of option for travellers looking for Halal restaurants within 10 minutes walk from the hotel.

This hotel is very closed to Nagoya station and there is Meitetsu bus downstairs, making it very convenient to access locations like the Ghibli Park.

Ventilator filter on top of bathroom ceiling choked up with dust / dirt. Took it out and cleaned with shower head. Bathroom ventilation back to normal. No more misty environment inside bathroom after hot bath. Less than 10 min to take the filter out, clean an put it back. I had cleaned the filter in my previous stay and wrote the same report. It seems that hotel M&R dept does not want to improve the hotel condition.

Great location located near Nagoya station and Meitetsu Bus Centre. The hotel also connected to shopping mall, good for families with kids.

Receptionist was helpful and polite. Fluent in English. We arrived at noon, but was informed the check- in time was 2pm. So the receptionist kept our luggage at the counter and returned at around 4pm. Love the location, the hotel elevator can go directly to B1, which is the underground shopping arcade that could lead us to JR gate centre. Also the famous cake shop "Harbs" is located right at B1. The room had 4 beds in our bedrooms, was extremely spacious and well-lit. People say Meitetsu is an old style hotel, I admit it is, but mind you only old style hotels can give this kind of spacious room, where I could open up 3 28 inches luggage and still got lots of room to walk around. The washroom area is separated from the bedroom area with a nice dressing area, and a living room area. Highly recommend this hotel.
