I chose it because of the old five-star hotel in Jiangxi. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. It is very convenient to go to the subway station and bus station. It is very convenient to take the subway to the Tengwang Pavilion and other attractions. It takes ten minutes to walk to Bayi Square. The surrounding is bustling and lively. The facilities are complete but it is a bit old, sanitary, two bottles of water a day, no fruit. The breakfast price is high and the variety is small. The reception level at the front desk needs to be improved. Originally, there was no deposit required for Ctrip bookings. The front desk required a deposit when checking in. I asked for a refund of the deposit when I checked out, but the staff said that there is no deposit required for this room 😰😰? ! Personally feel that there is a gap between five stars. On the other floor, ”Gan Xiang Qing Restaurant is not recommended. The price is high, the sanitation is poor, and the serving speed is very slow.

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. The guy who met us at the entrance just helped to take out of the car the luggage, after that he put it on the ground and left. Some of the stuff speak English which is a plus. They have a lot of amenities for kids. The cleaning is average.
