Considering that I went to Hongshan Zoo early in the morning, I chose Home Inn. This room is very large and it is very close to the zoo. It is from the train station to take a down passage, there is no escalator, it is very tired to carry the box. The room is relatively clean and there is a robot delivery service. Very good choice

The location is excellent and the environment is very good. The room was very clean and quiet at night, although the window outside the big bed room was walled, it would not feel stuffy. The hotel staff are very young and cute, the service attitude is particularly good, I hope not to raise the price, I will stay here in Nanjing later!

Really super! We came by car. The hotel has its own parking lot 🅿️ Free. It is very convenient. The location is very close to the Red Mountain Zoo. It takes 3 minutes to walk. Check in at night, the front desk lady gave welcome fruit and the children's check-in package. There are children's toothbrushes, toothpaste, children's slippers. 👍 There is a drink in the room. Coffee is provided. Haha, but if you change the soda to juice, it’s fine. I don’t like to drink carbonated drinks. I’m all drunk by my husband. The big window atmosphere is very good. The hardware facilities of the room. I like the whole color. The point is that the breakfast is super rich. Chinese food and Western food are all eaten. I have to try this hotel's breakfast. I have a full and full satisfaction to go to the zoo to play! Thank you for the hotel staff, very warm and sunny Will come again next time! ! !

The subway station and bus station are next to the railway station, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. This is the highlight of the hotel that attracts tourists the most. In addition, the room can see the side lake view. Opposite is Xuanwu Lake. It is nice to take a walk in the morning. Because the hotel is not facing the lake, all rooms can only see the side lake view, not facing it. The restaurant on the second floor of the hotel has good dishes, not very expensive, and relatively light, which is suitable for the taste of Cantonese people. The service attitude of the front desk staff is quite good and quite enthusiastic. Now it's time to talk about the disadvantages. The poor hygiene and old facilities are completely unrelated to the sign of a four-star hotel. It is understandable that the hotel is a bit old, but the maintenance is too poor. The hygiene of many old hotels is better than this one. Since the facilities are old, attention should be paid to hygiene so that guests can stay at ease. Seeing the layer of dust on the window, the scenery outside is not very clear, and the edge of the wash basin is moldy. There are a lot of hair and other things on the carpet, and it has not been vacuumed clean. The free bottled water on the table was not full, one bottle was more and one bottle was less, I dare not drink it. There seemed to be not many food restaurants nearby. When I stayed at the hotel, the hotel air conditioner was undergoing seasonal maintenance. There was no air conditioner, only ventilation. Fortunately, the weather was neither cold nor hot, otherwise I don’t know how to endure it. If you are greedy for convenient transportation and have low requirements for accommodation, you can make do with one night. If you want to stay comfortably, it is recommended to choose another hotel.

The location is good, very close to Hongshan Forest Zoo, opposite to Xuanwu Lake, next to the subway station and high-speed rail station. There is a parking lot, convenient for travel! Let's talk about the hotel itself. After all, it is old, the facilities are relatively old. The shower is in the bathtub, which is dirty and has yellow stains; the air conditioner is very noisy; the waiter in the breakfast room on the second floor has a bad attitude, and the receptionist at the front desk has a better attitude!

I am very grateful to Xiao Pan at the front desk for carefully upgrading my room, which allowed me to enjoy the beautiful view of Xuanwu Lake and experience the beautiful night view of Nanjing. The hotel's service made me feel warm, meticulous, distinctive, and most importantly, comfortable.

As a regular guest at sofitel I continue to have good things to say about sofitel! The room was clean and fresh, electrical appliances in working condition and the water pressure was at reasonable standard. Under this booking I also had midnight snack and breakfast included. Although staff did forget to deliver my midnight snack. Annie at reception was very helpful, friendly and professional. She gifted me with a salted duck gift and a small sofitel branded perfume on check out! Furthermore as a member at sofitels fitness center and swimming pool (as somebody who swims everyday here)I was slightly annoyed with the amount of people in the swimming pool. There are 2 designated sections one larger area for free play and another for those who wish you exercise undisturbed. But today there were children everywhere and the life guard didn't seem to mind that kids were disrupting these clearly set up guidelines. After waiting around an hour for things to calm down I decided to complain to her but she just agreed that it was wrong and did nothing about it... After waiting another half an hour my friend managed to have a swim. I hope more effort is put into training staff around managing people within their designated areas.

Had a pleasant staying experience in Mercure hotel Nanjing Xuan Wu Lake station. Free upgraded my room to a more spacious room. Breakfast buffet is nice. And also the frontline staffs are friendly & helpful. Will definitely consider Mercure Hotel for my China accommodation in the near future.

It’s a really nice hotel. Very big room and great view. Also the bath tub is very big. The bed is really soft and there’s a selection of pillows with different scents that you can order which is great. There were only two issues. First,The hotel reception staff aren’t very friendly. It felt like being checked in by robots. I kind of expected a better manner from such a good hotel brand. Second, the outdoor pool was closed. It says on the website that the outdoor pool closes if it’s raining. But it didn’t rain. The weather was quite nice. They told us it was closed for technical reasons. I felt a little bit cheated by this as one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the outdoor pool. No prior notice or message was sent. The indoor pool was open but it was extremely shabby. Felt like a public swimming pool. Overall, I feel like the hotel is tricky and offering a package which they can’t fulfill.
