A very mediocre stay in a mediocre hotel. Front desk worker that checked us in seemed burned out. No one was very friendly. The room was just ok. Next time I’ll pay more money to get the friendlier service And nicer room.

My family enjoyed this property and will stay again next time we are out in Napa Valley. I love that they have many EV chargers. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Thanks

This is Napa, the birthplace of world-class California fresh cuisine. The breakfasts were abundant…abundantly filled with junk food and high fructose corn syrup. The one concession was cage-free eggs, but I don't believe they were fresh either.
The place is tired and so is the staff.
It is geographically remote and yet still noisy.
Suffice it to say, I was not impressed. Americans should do better.

Have stayed in the past. NOT same quality level of breakfast or staff. And hey… go to the store and buy butter for the toast. Room starting to show wear. Need to update.

Everything was perfect. Beautiful spacious rooms and grounds were well kept. Conveniently located to our conference venue and San Francisco. Staff were very accomodating. Free breakfast had lots of choices and was delicious.

Overpaid for basic, standard King room. In a nice, but nothing overly fancy Springhill Suites, 20 minutes outside of Napa, CA. One night, $600! Should not have used Hotel.Co. Will never again.
