"The pool was super loud with a DJ and drunk people everywhere. Bellboys saw us unload our stuff onto a dolly and while there were 2 there, none of them offered to help. We asked for wine glasses to be sent up to the room, they never came. Checking in took forever and front desk wasn’t friendly. The room had unvacuumed trash pieces on the floor, the toilet door in bathroom had a 1/2 inch gap ***, and while Meritage touts itself as a “luxury resort”, this was exactly opposite of that. It’s loud everywhere. If you’re looking for a peaceful and nice getaway, go somewhere else."

"To bardzo sprzeczne wrażenie. Z jednej strony: piękny, niewielka liczba pokoi, bardzo interesujący interior, prawdziwe rzeczy antyków, przytulny, cichy, niedaleko centrum miasta, z pysznymi śniadaniami, pokój z przestronnym pokojem. Dwupokojowy z dwoma dużymi łóżkami, dużym sanatorium, które próbowali zrobić nowoczesne, ale z drugiej strony, to uczucie, że goście robią nieco przysługę, że w ogóle mogą tam żyć. Po pierwsze, nie rozumiem, dlaczego wzięłam numer na cztery osoby dorosłe, ale okazało się, że jest zarezerwowany tylko na dwóch i muszę zapłacić 50 dolarów dziennie za każdego dodatkowego człowieka. Pokojówka była tylko trzy i nie dano nam dodatkowych. Nie sprzątnęliśmy pokoju, ponieważ pokojówka wchodziła raz, bo się bała, że nie ma dorosłych (dziecka 12 i 14 lat), odeszła i nie wróciła. Nie ma szans, jest kilka pytań do salonu, jest zimno. A jeśli długo stoisz w łazience, to światło w całym łazience jest wyłączone i zostajesz w ciemności."
