The staff at the hotel's front desk are friendly and the rooms are very clean. It's about a 10-minute walk to Napier beach. The scenery along the way is very beautiful and it's worth recommending.

We checked in on the 19/01 for a 2 day family holiday . Check in was easy and we had a nice clean room with all the amenities. We liked the spot , the next day housekeeping cleaned our room properly too. The restaurant was good too, but didn’t do breakfast, also couldn’t understand why the pool is closed. Apart from that the stay was good, nice place on marine parade, and behind the hotel there is warehouse and other shopping.

First place the best. It's in the middle of the city and just across the road is the spa and the sea. The rooms are okay, and the downside is that there is a little noise in the morning as it is right behind the main road.

The location is very good, facing the sea, you can lie in bed and watch the sunrise, sit on the balcony and have a cup of tea and read a book to see the vast expanse of the sea too enjoyable! There is also a whirlpool in the room, and friends who like to take a bath can enjoy it. The hotel's price/performance ratio is super high. Napier is a place worth living for a few days.

My partner and I booked a room for a weekend at The Nautilus and absolutely enjoyed every part of our stay our room was perfect lots of space great room set up the view was lovely the spa was incredible everything catered to our needs and the staff were lovely and helpful this is my second time staying with the Nautilus and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay it is by far the perfect place to relax,getaway and treat yourself to abit of luxury.We will 100% be staying again.Thankyou to the staff at the Nautilus for our beautiful weekend away,see you again next time 😊

After a pleasant reception we were shown where to park the car with plenty of spaces and how to reach our room. It was spacious and excellently equipped with a lovely bathroom with a stunning view. The room had a balcony with table and chairs with fabulous views also. Room service was extremely good. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order with a very good choice. All staff were smiling and polite and gave us excellent advice. The location is really good with lots of good restaurants and bars within minutes. We would unhesitatingly come here again and would highly recommend this hotel.

My suite at harbour view was just what I needed. With a beautiful view and very reasonable room, I now feel refreshed. The spa bath and high pressure shower was great. The room comes with full Sky TV and outdoor furniture for the balcony. The room was spotless when I arrived. While the building is outdated, I saw two contractors painting today, so I feel the owner is working on updating and improving this which is great to see. Interestingly, I picked this motel because the room was a great price. I normally expect to see something wrong when this happens, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and tidy, we ordered the ground floor, the front desk upgraded us to the third floor, very quiet. The balcony can see the seaside, there are fried chicken and izakaya opposite the hotel, praise! ! There is free parking, and friends who drive can choose this place. The location is great. The bed was very comfortable and the hardness was moderate. Very pleasant stay~
