"Beautiful place to stay, big size room & bath with Jacuzzi. All the amenities you need for a comfortable stay are there. Ample parking spaces. We enjoyed our stay so much that I have already made booking for our next trip in March 2026."

"Podczas naszej podróży drogowej przez Nową Zelandię, pobyliśmy na 415 Marine Parade. Dom jest zbudowany w stylu wiktrowskim; nasz pokój był przytulny, choć nie bardzo duży, ale miał dostęp do werandy na przedniej stronie domu. Hotel znajduje się bezpośrednio na nadmorskiej drodze (Parade Marine). Mieliśmy fantastyczny widok na plażę z naszego pokoju, choć oczywiście można usłyszeć ruch. Nasi dwaj gospodarze, Esther i Tom, doskonale dbali o swoich gości. To było szczególnie widoczne w hojnym śniadaniu, które "zjedli" na pięknym stole, dali nam dobrą radę na temat rzeczy do zrobienia i chętnie obsługiwali rezerwacje kolacji, ponieważ znają lokalne restauracje doskonale. Przed kolacją goście zbierają się z nimi na drinka komplementarnego, który zawsze prowadził do uroczej rozmowy."

"We are four adults and one child, which was clearly stated when booking, but when we arrived at the hotel, the sofa bed was not prepared, and there were no sheets or quilt covers... We asked the front desk for them before they were given to us. I can only say that someone was lazy."

"The good thing about the Bella Vista chain is that you can expect a certain standard of accommodation, and professional managers/owners. Bella Vista Napier is in a good location, central to shops etc but not on busy main road. Very well run motel, friendly and helpful managers/owners who provided an upstairs unit, as requested. Impressed by ceiling fan and air conditioning options. Just a couple of corners (shower area) and the door between bathroom and main room that need extra cleaning attention (splashes of some sort?)...Otherwise, obviously lots of attention to detail and effort put into cleaning, and yes, I'm fussy. Tips: book direct with Bella Vista to get best rate (either online through their site or phone), and support them, rather overseas booking agencies/companies. Go for Superior studio or larger if you can, more spacious than compact studio. Have found compact studio okay for one night if you're just looking for a bed and don't mind a cosy room."
