Great Place. I would recommend 100%. Close to the Toledo Metro Station and Via Toledo. Is the commercial epicenter of Napoli. The service provided by the owner and the staff were magnificent. Definitely you won’t regret it.

Such a great place at Napoli. Well located, near the Toledo Metro Station. Confortable room, very clean and equipped with everything you’ll need. Nice snacks and coffee complementary 24/7. The cleaning staff, sweet and great customer service. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Bells was an amazing base for our weekend in Naples. The room was clean and had all you need! The snacks and coffee in reception were a lovely touch! The host Stiliana was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. The room was quiet and comfortable. The lift requires a 10 coin only between 9-6 and these were available in the reception area. We had a fantastic experience at Bells and would definitely recommend.

The location is very central and therefore we were able to walk everywhere. Disadvantage is that the street never sleeps and therefore you have noise for the entire night.
Towels were very old. I am not sure if the towels were changed on the second day even though we put them on the floor. When we came back to room I found the some same towels were hung.
The bed was very uncomfortable. As a personal choice I hate soft beds. There was a pull out bed in the room (Ikea pull out chair). On our second day stay, I wanted to sleep on that chair and I asked for help from the staff to set it. She was very nice and helped me to set it for the night. During the day I received a phone call from the owner saying that there will be an extra charge to use that chair a s a bed. I explained her that I was not able to sleep well in the bed and therefore I would like to try that pull out bed. She told me that room was booked for two people and that we have to use the double bed or pay extra. To me this is not a good business practice.

Wir haben da 3 Nächte übernachtet. Hotel befindet sich in einer TOP Lage im Zentrum von Neapel, 1 Gehminute vom Metro Toledo und gerade an der Via Toledo Strasse entlang. Gastgeber sehr nett und immer für jede Frage und Angelegenheiten Verfügbar. B&B sehr modern und sehr sauber. Empfehle es jedem weiter

Très mauvaise expérience. Nous n’avons pas pu y rester. Personnel désagréable. Méfiez vous des précédents avis qui sont de toute évidence à l’encontre de la réalité…. Le parking en face vous voit arriver : une arnaque bien organisée ! Passez votre chemin… il y a d’autres lieux plus agréables dans Naples

Che dire… seconda volta in questa “chicca” di b&b.. Non potevamo che ritornare qui.. Stiliana la proprietaria persona dal cuore nobile .. sempre pronta ad aiutarci e consigliarci.. posizione senza dubbio la migliore nel centro della bellissima Napoli. Stanza bellissima.. avevamo pernottano nel 2019 nella stanza 1 e questa volta nella 3… super consigliato. Stanza pulitissima e fornita di ogni cosa si possa aver bisogno.. abbiamo conosciuto anche Valeria e Tina persone molto gentili e brave… grazie di tutto alla prossima un abbraccio grande Elisa da Mantova

Situato nel cuore di Napoli, ad un passo dalla metropolitana di via Toledo e con di fronte i quartieri spagnoli questo B&B è stato veramente una piacevole sorpresa , pulito , curato , accogliente, dove la gentilezza della gestione da parte di tutto lo staff ti fa sentire a casa Consigliato
