Our go to place to stay any time we go to Vegas. This is the only hotel we stay at. We have never had a bad experience!

Superb location to The *****, hotel spotless and service very good would definitely book again
Only minor drawback is that it is 3/5 mijute walk away from the main centre down and in middle of a somewhat derelict piece of land

The staff doesn’t care about you. They don’t come to clean your room everyday they come in every two to three days. You call them for coffee and water they say okay but they don’t bring it. They don’t have enough options for breakfast and it’s really expensive. You have to take taxi if you don’t have a car it’s far.

Room was not dusted. Glass tables had streaks! Make up mirror did not work. Outlet plug next to the bed did not work. Disappointed room service did not have breakfast options.

What an absolute pleasure to stay here. The service from the very moment that we walked to check in, to dine and all the way to check out was more than I could have imagined. So friendly, helpful and welcoming. I never felt like they didn’t want me there or that I didn’t see to stay in the hotel. I will definitely be booking more stays at this hotel. They made us feel so special. Thank you!

Great hotel, awesome room, food was great but room service forgot drinks and was an hour till we received our drinks. Had to call twice to get them. Would definitely stay again.
