Amenities such as shampoo for women and men were next to the receptionist. When I stayed at this series hotel, there were amenities such as cosmetics, but there was no hotel here. Breakfast is also free and feels normal. It is in downtown and stayed on the 10th floor, but at night I heard a loud voice on the return of the drinker. However, it was convenient because it was downtown, so there were drugstore and convenience stores. It was about 20 minutes walk from the station and the bus stop was nearby. It's a feeling that I want to stay again if the price is a little cheaper. Thank you.

My family and travelled to Niigata at the end of April 2023 and had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Okura Niigata. Prior to the trip, I had reached out to them via email to inquire about coordinating a van + driver for us (6 of us) so that we could go visit some sake breweries and to make dinner reservations for us at a nearby restaurant. The concierge team was amazing and booked a large van (jumbo taxi) and driver for the day. they also ensured that the van could accommodate a folding wheelchair for one group member that needed it. The van and driver arrived on time and was quite reasonably priced. Great experience that was made possible by the hotel team! Upon return to the hotel, we realized we had left some items on the van - the hotel called the taxi company and coordinated the return of our items. Beyond these experiences, the hotel itself is a bit older but rooms are comfortable and fairly spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Location is great and the breakfast buffet was one of the better ones we had on this trip. If I should ever travel back to Niigata, I will most definitely be staying here. The hotel and team won my business by going above and beyond...even for Japan standards of customer service! Domo arigatogozaima****a!!!
