Ningbo Nanyuan Resort

The hotel has big, spacious rooms and a nice swimming pool. It could do with more facilities for recreation as there’s not much to do in the area. More food options would also be beneficial. Overall, a nice stay.

The resort and room are beautiful. We went for 1 night just to use the pool. The pool was lovely and huge. I was shocked how cold the air conditioner in the room was because it was so hot outside. This made me so happy. We rented a golf cart to ride around for 80 rmb for 30 minutes. That was fun. The room was great and bathroom was the biggest I have ever seen. It was a nice weekend but honestly I wouldn’t return. You can only spend so much time in the pool and there is nothing else to do around the hotel. If you like sitting in nature and reading a book or meditating you will love the place.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, and Cheng Erhui was very helpful in getting us settled and helping us get back home. The room was spacious and well appointed, and the temperature was perfect for a hot summer's day. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the staff helped us choose food based on our preferences. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of savoury and sweet food, and a range of drinks. We'll definitely go back.

The hotel was big and clean, not much to do in the facility besides the pool which is great. If you staying far in you have to wait for a shuttle to fetch you as its quite far from the reception area.

What a perfect holiday. The staff were amazing and thanks to Cheng Er Hui we had the most convenient and wonderful service the whole trip. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms were clean and huge. Will definitely come again.

Lovely location and lovely,, large, comfortable, clean room. You step out of the hotel and you’re in the middle of nature, and near a very beautiful part of the lake. The service was great too. They brought fruit, yoghurt, biscuits and drinks as gifts. I definitely want to go back. There were two negative points: the outdoor swimming pool was not open until the 1st July, so I couldn’t use this facility. The information about amenities of the hotel did not put the opening dates of the swimming pool, so this was a huge disappointment. Also, there is a fridge in the room that is really only a cooling box, and didn’t really make the drinks cool at all.

Had the most pleasant getaway at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Gorgeous location, perfect for a long walk. On the first day they sent free snacks to our room, and gave us free breakfast the next day. At breakfast Shen Qian Hui was taking care of us and made us coffee and tea and made sure we had enough to eat. We’re vegetarian and they made noodles specially for us. Great value for the price. Overall amazing experience, will definitely be back.

來之前就聽朋友説房間超級大，看到那一刻還是超出了預期。想帶孩子來體驗挖筍，未出頭的毛筍並不好找，感動於酒店工作人員全程陪同上山找筍、挖筍。讓孩子有了一個難忘的週末。孩子説等夏天室外泳池開放了還要再來！

花園式灑店，房間很大，環境優美，入住前一天有管家小王提前加微信，而且把自己做的便簽發我，裏面有酒店周邊景點和酒店設施，這個很貼心哦，而且有問必答，給小王管家大大的贊！！！再一個早餐也可以送到房間也很豐富，晚餐也在酒店解決了，味道很好，離酒店不遠還有很多農家菜可以品嚐，下次有機會還來入住。
