"Transferred from Dongqian Lake to the Shangri-La in Ningbo city. Although it was a rainy day, I felt a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as I entered the spacious and bright lobby. Despite a conference being held, and a lot of people around, everything felt busy yet orderly. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and upgraded me to a river view room. From the floor-to-ceiling windows, I could see the dazzling beautiful scenery where the three rivers meet. Although the room facilities are a bit dated, it was clean and tidy. If you have time, the hotel's Chinese restaurant, 'Shang Palace', is definitely worth trying."

Rozpościerał się z niego przepiękny widok, bezpośrednio na katedrę, dzięki czemu cały plac był jak na dłoni. Pokój był świetnie wyposażony, czysty i wygodny. Szczególnie podobały mi się łóżka w Crowne Plaza – materac sprężynowy był dość wysoki, miękki, ale jednocześnie zapewniał odpowiednie podparcie, co sprzyjało głębokiemu snu. Pościel była lekka i ciepła. W łazience ciśnienie wody było świetne, co sprawiało, że kąpiel była bardzo przyjemna. Śniadanie było obfite i różnorodne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, jestem bardzo zadowolona z pobytu, hotel mnie zachwycił i na pewno wybiorę go ponownie, jeśli będę tu wracać."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star rating, highly recommend! My business trip to Ningbo and stay at the Ningbo Marriott was perfect from start to finish. I must especially commend John from the concierge team for his 'Golden Key' service, which made me feel incredibly at home. The hotel is located in the prime Heyi Avenue area, right next to Sanjiangkou and Zhongshan Square. It's only a 10-minute walk to Tianyi Square and Drum Tower, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it super convenient for getting around. During check-in, John proactively offered to help me with my luggage. Upon learning I was on a business trip, he immediately arranged a high-floor river view room for me and thoughtfully explained the room's facilities and introduced me to Ningbo's local attractions. He anticipated my needs, not only preparing fresh fruit and Ningbo's special local snacks in my room but also placing two books about Ningbo culture, allowing me to appreciate the city's heritage even during my busy schedule. The room was spacious and bright, with a design that blended Jiangnan poetic charm with modern luxury. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered panoramic views of the Yaojiang River. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the mattress had just the right firmness. The work area in the room was spacious, with high-speed internet and ample power outlets to meet business needs. The mini-bar was well-stocked, and the refrigerator kept things perfectly chilled. Breakfast was served at the 1st-floor cafe, offering a rich and diverse selection. The local specialty, Ningbo Tangyuan (sweet glutinous rice balls), were soft, sweet, and delicious. There were also various fresh juices available, including watermelon, orange, and cucumber. The staff were quick to seat guests, proactive in refilling coffee, and efficient at clearing tables, making for an excellent dining experience overall. Public areas were elegantly designed, with a stylish and grand art installation in the center of the lobby. The executive lounge offered a quiet and comfortable environment. Happy Hour provided both Chinese and Western hot dishes, cold salads, and a variety of beverages, making it a perfect spot for business discussions. A special thanks to John for his attentive service throughout my stay. There's also a robot delivery service, adding a touch of technology and convenience for business travelers. Finally, for those visiting Ningbo, if you book a suite, the executive benefits are extensive, including laundry service, afternoon tea, and Happy Hour. You absolutely must choose Ningbo Marriott Hotel. While all hotels are focusing on hardware facilities, it's the personalized, thoughtful service that truly stands out. I believe the 'Golden Key' team will provide you with a satisfying and surprising stay!"

"The hotel feels quite old overall, although part of it has been newly renovated. I stayed in the Loft Suite, which is in the newer section, so the room itself was more updated and comfortable. Overall experience was average. One downside was the bathroom drainage system, which wasn’t very good and could be improved. The location is decent — about a 30-minute walk to Hanling Old Street, which is quite convenient for exploring the area."

Niestety, w ostatniej wizyty, zostawiłem awokado na ławce wewnątrz pokoju. , Opuściłem pokój nie dłużej niż dwie godziny, a po przybyciu znalazłem, że albo szczur, albo mysz zjadł mój awokado. Zrobiłem kilka zdjęć awokado z oczywistych śladów ugryzienia i pokazał ludziom z przedpokoju. Nie było żadnych przeprosin ani jakiegokolwiek rodzaju refundacji za to oczywiste ryzyko dla zdrowia.  bez potrzeby powiedzieć, że nie będę tu ponownie."
