Best hotel ever so far! Good services, very helpful staffs, doing beyond asked. Especially for the receptionist with short hair. Helped me to carry the luggage even though I didn’t asked, wait outside in the very hot weather with me.

Everything was fine. The hotel is located in the very center of the city. There is a food court nearby and a lot of branded clothing stores. There was a terrace in our room. The room was cleaned daily. Excellent hotel staff.

Lovely hotel situated in the heart of Tianyi. Close to many malls and restaurants and the bund. Lovely spacious room, and the shower is amazing!

Great location near to Tianyi Square. No pool in the Hotel. Breakfast is not international but you have good choices like eggs, fruits, corn.

Excellent customer service with very friendly front desk staff. Room is very clean and love the modern design! Location is very convenient to Tianyi square, old bund, and old drum tower.
