This hotel is in a convenient location, it is close to many restaurants too. I must compliment the front desk staff, especially the young Mr Hu who helped us with transport arrangements.

這次來寧波出差，入住寧波鄞州喜來登酒店，全程體驗堪稱完美，尤其是前台工作人員Chloe的貼心服務，讓整個旅途倍感温暖，必須給出滿分好評！ 剛抵達酒店大堂，就被簡約大氣的裝修氛圍吸引，寬敞明亮的空間、雅緻的軟裝搭配，盡顯高端酒店的格調，而Chloe的專業服務，更是第一時間拉滿了入住好感。辦理入住時，我帶着行李略顯匆忙，Chloe始終面帶微笑，語氣温柔又耐心，全程辦理流程高效流暢，沒有絲毫拖沓。得知我是外地出差，她主動細緻地介紹了酒店的各項設施，從樓層分佈、早餐時間，到健身房、泳池的開放時段，一一講解得清清楚楚，還貼心提醒酒店周邊的出行路線和商圈訊息，讓初到鄞州的我完全沒有陌生感。 辦理入住過程中，我臨時提出想要高樓層、視野好的房間，Chloe二話不説，快速幫我協調房型，全程態度熱情周到，沒有一絲不耐煩。入住後發現，房間不僅滿足了我的需求，還格外整潔舒適，四十多平的空間寬敞通透，全落地窗設計讓視野格外開闊，夜晚能俯瞰鄞州商圈的璀璨夜景。房間硬件配置也十分用心，柔軟舒適的席夢思床墊、高端洗護用品、吹風機，還有齊全的水吧茶具和膠囊咖啡機，每一處細節都盡顯品質，衞生更是無可挑剔，角落都打掃得乾乾淨淨，居住體驗感極佳。 入住期間，我因工作需要，多次向前台諮詢事宜、尋求幫助，每次找到Chloe，她都第一時間耐心迴應，積極幫我解決問題，辦事效率極高，總能站在客人的角度考慮需求，提供最貼心的幫助。無論是出行建議，還是酒店服務相關的疑問，她都應答如流，專業又暖心，完全展現了喜來登品牌的優質服務水準。 酒店的地理位置也十分優越，地處鄞州核心商圈，緊鄰萬達廣場，步行幾分鐘就能抵達，逛街、用餐、購物都極為便捷，周邊交通也十分便利，不管是商務出行還是休閑遊玩都再合適不過。酒店早餐更是讓人驚喜，種類豐富多樣，鮮榨果汁、現烤麪點、熱菜、冷盤一應俱全，還有難得一見的現切伊比利亞火腿，食材新鮮、口味上乘，開啟一整天的好心情。 此次入住，徹底被寧波鄞州喜來登酒店的服務和品質圈粉，尤其要感謝前台Chloe，用細緻入微、專業熱忱的服務，讓我感受到了賓至如歸的温暖。酒店無論是硬件設施、環境衞生，還是餐飲配套、服務水準，都做到了盡善盡美，完全對得起高端酒店的口碑。 下次來寧波，這裏依舊是我的首選入住地，也強烈推薦給各位來鄞州的朋友，這樣服務貼心、品質上乘的酒店，絕對不會讓人失望！再次為Chloe的優質服務點贊，為寧波鄞州喜來登酒店打call！

I recently stayed at this lovely hotel for three days and two nights, and I had a fantastic experience! The location is perfect with so many activities and attractions nearby 🏙️. The hotel itself is beautiful and well-maintained 🏨. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly 🤗. Although they didn't speak much English, translation apps made communication easy 📱. I did encounter a small issue with the shower 🚿, but the staff resolved it promptly and even upgraded me to a bigger, nicer room as a gesture of goodwill 🛏️✨. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Great service, great location, and a great experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the last point of my business trip. The hotel is good and quite chill with Industrial style decoration. My room was without the freezer, but the receptionist said if I requested during check in, she can arrange to upgrade for the customers. Breakfast is good and have a wide variety to taste. The location is close to both Ningbo Airport and the high speed train station.

Zero complaints honestly, staff members were great and the room was very clean and modern. Stayed here to attend a wedding in the nearby area, and for the price this hotel is great value for money.

Generally a very impressive, grand, beautiful and majestic hotel smack in the middle of Yinxian District. Some parts of the hotel design was strange though: the location of light switches was not intuitive (I spent a good few minutes trying to find the light switches for living area), they don’t provide hair conditioner for bathroom. And bathtub does not have a shower option (and quite a walk away from shower area). Otherwise it would have been a perfect hotel. I enjoyed my stay very much and this hotel made me love Ningbo City a lot.

Nice hotel. The only thing is the location is just okay, and not great. There is a mall beside but the mall is not great. Good services and amenities including free laundry and free late night congee.

The room was cleaned very clean, there was a special face clothes place outside, there was a washing machine to wash clothes, the surrounding area was quiet at night, the front desk was very warm and fast

Dość przestronne pokoje, i dość. Miałem przyjemny pobyt i hotel staff był przyjazny. Gładki checkin i checkout. Pościel są wygodne, tylko chińskie kanały telewizyjne. Śniadanie potrzebne jest ulepszenie, jedzenie było dość powtarzane, ale ich gorąca kuchnia była świetna. Chleb był przestarzały. Lokalizacja jest bardzo idealna, wiele restauracji w pobliżu i znanej międzynarodowej szkoły w pobliżu.

There was no writing desk in my room, which was not suitable for business travelers. And the front desk was late for my request to check out the hot water.
