"Disappointing experience for pilgrims We stopped here for lunch today because the restaurant was advertised as being pilgrim-friendly, with special pilgrim menus. Unfortunately, our experience did not live up to expectations. We ordered 2 burgers and 4 beers, costing €33. The burgers were disappointing: there was no sauce, no roasted tomatoes as advertised, and the buns were extremely thick and mostly stale. No salad or chips were included as an accompaniment. The service also felt rushed. The waitress stood waiting while we made our order, which made us feel uncomfortable, and later, after asking if we wanted dessert or coffee, she returned with the card machine before we had decided. For a restaurant promoting itself to pilgrims, we expected a warmer welcome and better value. Sadly, this was not the experience we had."

"We stayed here for the first as an overnight before catching the ferry from Santander. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was large well equipped and clean. The food in the restaurant was limited as we are veggie but we had the best veggie paella ever. There was limited time to explore the surroundings as we arrived late afternoon and had to leave by 1030 but it looked very interesting so much so that we are planning to return next year and allow ourselves more time."

"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, the staff treatment of 10, the cleaning of another 10, a wide variety of massages. I don't put you 5 points because they had closed the thermal circuit we would have liked to do. Recommended 100x100, we will come back."
