We stayed here because we had to visit Norfolk for family reasons and it was close to the railway station, where we arrived at 9:30pm. As two females (mother and young teenage daughter) we were very unhappy with the pedestrian access between garages - it was very dark and felt like a rough area. Had we realised that we could access the hotel via the well-lit and better signposted restaurant, we would have done so but this was not clearly signposted. The staff were friendly, particularly in the restaurant where we squeezed in just before the kitchen closed, and the food was what I would expect from this type of venue. The bedroom was adequate, though could have been cleaner and since it was a family room, with a lot of space, it would have been nice to have more than one chair, so that if we wanted to eat in the room we didn't have to sit one person on the bed. I won't have any cause to go back to this hotel but you could do worse if you need to stay in Norwich.
