Gagliardi Boutique Hotel

This is a wonderful boutique hotel surrounded by the baroque splendor of Noto. Fantastic view of the cathedral and city hall from the terrace. The rooms are spacious and luxurious — amongst the finest I’ve stayed in anywhere in the world. There were also nice terraces to enjoy the outdoors. Superb breakfast, with an outstanding choice of items. The hot chocolate was incredible. Very friendly and attentive staff. Please note that the town has very narrow streets and can be quite congested — driving to and from the hotel can be challenging.

Very nice little hotel with excellent service and an amazing roof top terrace. We stayed as a family of 5 two nights and the service team was very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were super clean and the location right in the center was perfect. Parking was easy as the hotel allowed us letting our car parked right in front of the hotel. Drinks on the terrace were slightly overpriced, but given the view it seemed ok. A perfect stay in Noto

This is a lovely hotel in a palazzo in the absolute center of Noto. It has comfortable rooms, a lovely little courtyard where you can eat their excellent breakfast (even in March), a roof deck, and a *very* kind and attentive staff. March is still off-season in Sicily, so many restaurants etc. are closed, but the hotel is open and the town wonderful.

Gagliardi Boutique Hotel in Noto is very special in many ways... The beautifully restored and decorated Hotel is like a second luxury home for its guests. Luxurious and comfortable lounges, a huge panoramic terrace, a peaceful breakfast garden with orange trees and palms, The dynamic young team provides excellent service and delicious homemade pastries every morning with a smile. The cappuccino they serve is HOT and one of the best in Noto. Definitely 5 STARS

This is a lovely small hotel in beautiful Noto. The reception staff were excellent and very helpful with information including booking restaurants for us. Our room was large and very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast were delicious. Highly recommended.

This small hotel is located in a converted family palazzo and the room we had was beautiful and the layout quite interesting (our room had 3 floors with small staircases dividing each level). The front desk staff, however, was not up to par for a 4-star hotel and the ambience in the lobby was quite cold and sterile. The first concierge who checked us in was excellent (although I didn't catch his name) and he offered to help with dinner reservations, etc. and anything else we might need during our stay. The other 2 concierges we encountered during our stay (a female and male) were not helpful at all, and simply kept recommending the restaurant next door (Retabló) to every guest rather than offering more suggestions. (Retabló was excellent, but there are a lot of other good choices in Noto). When we asked for wine glasses for our room, the female concierge said we should go up to the rooftop bar to get them ourselves. When I questioned this slightly, she quickly changed course and had them delivered to our room. Also at checkout she wanted us to fill out a survey about our stay at the desk right in front of her, which we declined. Very odd. The rooftop terrace is lovely with beautiful views but it felt stiff and somewhat cold as well and drinks were quite expensive. Overall the hotel needs more ambience and warm energy for the price--especially in the lobby. We would look elsewhere for a better value in Noto if we visit again.

Top Location, very friendly and welcoming staff. Classic room is perfect for a few days stay. Good and abundant breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.
