"The whole hotel is in a sad state. People working there are not nice a woman in the kitchen was screaming in the morning. Breakfast was minimal with questionable hygiene. The spa looks like some junk yard. The only good thing with the hotel is the pool that is nice and big."

"Gianni is a superhost, welcoming, talkative about history and culture, got high deals and secluded rooof top and restaurants. The room is charming, nice brand new architecture mixed with antic furnitures; really clean and cosy. The breakfast is according! Just at the end of Corso Vittorio Emmanuelle. We loved this place; many thanks Gianni!"

"The presentation on the site and on Booking is not absolutely the reality: These are rooms, derived from housing, in which a micro-bathroom has been built The hotel checks in is made at a hotel, then you have to move “other places”. We travel by bike, so we are ready to adapt, but not to take cantons. It is not B&B, since breakfast is not included but only B (not expressly declared) That is really uncomfortable."

"We stayed here in June during our 8-day trip to Sicily. It was central enough to many of the places on your bucket list: 10 minutes from Noto and maybe 45 to Syracusa and Ortigia and Marzamemi. There were many other close spots but we ran out of time! The service was amazing and the restaurant was a culinary delight. Highly recommend"

"My girlfriend and I stayed at the Villa Nicolaci for 3 nights, from late Sept to early Oct, and we couldn't be happier! We stayed in their Nicolaci Suite, beautifully furnished with antiques and paintings throughout, a massive bedroom with an additional daybed, (loved their mattress and pillows!), a dining room, and a wonderful bathroom equipped with both shower and oversized jacuzzi bathtub. The accommodations couldn't have been more comfortable. Entering the Villa downstairs upon arrival we were greeted by beautiful, classy antiques and artwork, all so tastefully designed to bring you back in time. Our entrance was a great prelude to what we were able to expect for our stay. For those 3 days we enjoyed a delicious breakfast of eggs with bacon, yogurt with fruits and nuts, pastries with coffee of our choosing, outside in their garden with the scents and beauty of the flowers surrounding us. This is a family owned Villa, some of whom we had the pleasure of meeting, who couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming. If traveling to Noto is in our future plans, there's no doubt that we would return to Villa Nicolaci for our stay. It really was perfect in every way, especially given its location being in such close proximity to the city's center."
