I stayed for 3 nights right after a heavy storm. Hotel had no power and we recognize was a tough time. However, we arrived at 3pm and weren't given a room until 5pm. During this time, we had ZERO support from the front desk. No ”would like a glass of water”! No ”I'm sorry for the delay”! Nothing!! The hall was dirt and so the room and linens. Do not recommend! Giving rate 2 recognizing a few members of the staff and the fact that the storm did create disruptions.

Stayed here in early 2000s when it was the Crown Plaza. It’s still a nice place to stay even with current closures of pool & restaurant. They are currently working on some exterior repairs and rooms are still very comfortable. My only real issues are the sheets on the beds are wrong size and don’t fit mattresses so sleeping ends up pulling sheet and mattress pads off while you are sleeping exposing mattresses to body, and only one elevator out of five is in service. Staff are multilingual and very respectful nice and attentive. Location in Paseo Colon area is good and offers great views across Nuevo Laredo at night.

My experience in reception was very bad, I had a reservation with check in at 3:00 p.m., I was made wait two and a half hours to give me my room, the receptionist is pointing as guests arrive and the passage with each room was very long, I had to get up to present my disrespect and at the moment they made me deliver from my room where the procedure with me was already very short, I think it is a chance ree since many guests waited too long and they had the same disconformity, it is important to consider the valuable time we have and it is not possible to wait for two hours to be able to receive only our room, I have visited several hotels of the same franchise and in all has been very good service, so I can add that breakfast service is good and the transport service you have at the hotel in this case I gave you use and was very kind of the driver and punctual, Not everything is bad but I am sure that if you improve the reception and check in the guests' stay and the image they give as hotel will be very pleasant

Stayed at this hotel this last weekend. It was fine and in my opinion a better option than the very expensive hotel chains. Rooms are spartan, but were very clean, and the property is well maintained and clean. The rooms are old offices that were turned into hotel rooms. The furnishings are a little dated and the rooms don't have the typical amenities such as a coffee maker, microwave, fridge and such but the beds and linens were were fine. This is an interesting place to stay with some history and such. The highlight of the place is the breakfast tacos, they were excellent, the tortillas top notch and there are pastries and fruit available with coffee and such in the mornings. Very good tacos. There is friendly and personalized service at the hotel, the manager was very welcoming. I enjoyed the stay here and would stay here again. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that the rooms are a little dated and furnishings spartan.

Stayed here for 3 nights with work this week. I agree with the previous reviews that noted some housekeeping issues, stains on carpet, and when I was sitting on my patio I noticed it looked like someone kicked in the backside of my a/c unit. But I thought the front desk service was especially polite, professional, and attentive. The kitchen staff and housekeepers were as well. I was given a free breakfast each morning because of my Marriott Bonvoy status. And the hotel actually offered housekeeping each day, so it was nice to have my room refreshed. I also like that this hotel offers a daily USAToday newspaper, as many hotels stopped this during the pandemic and never started it again. One of the lobby computers worked to print documents that I needed (the other didn’t though). My only real gripe was the chaise lounge chairs poolside are way too small for tall people like me…they really need bigger ones.

My experience in reception was very bad, I had a reservation with check in at 3:00 p.m., I was made wait two and a half hours to give me my room, the receptionist is pointing as guests arrive and the passage with each room was very long, I had to get up to present my disrespect and at the moment they made me deliver from my room where the procedure with me was already very short, I think it is a chance ree since many guests waited too long and they had the same disconformity, it is important to consider the valuable time we have and it is not possible to wait for two hours to be able to receive only our room, I have visited several hotels of the same franchise and in all has been very good service, so I can add that breakfast service is good and the transport service you have at the hotel in this case I gave you use and was very kind of the driver and punctual, Not everything is bad but I am sure that if you improve the reception and check in the guests' stay and the image they give as hotel will be very pleasant

I stayed for 3 nights right after a heavy storm. Hotel had no power and we recognize was a tough time. However, we arrived at 3pm and weren't given a room until 5pm. During this time, we had ZERO support from the front desk. No ”would like a glass of water”! No ”I'm sorry for the delay”! Nothing!! The hall was dirt and so the room and linens. Do not recommend! Giving rate 2 recognizing a few members of the staff and the fact that the storm did create disruptions.

Stayed here in early 2000s when it was the Crown Plaza. It’s still a nice place to stay even with current closures of pool & restaurant. They are currently working on some exterior repairs and rooms are still very comfortable. My only real issues are the sheets on the beds are wrong size and don’t fit mattresses so sleeping ends up pulling sheet and mattress pads off while you are sleeping exposing mattresses to body, and only one elevator out of five is in service. Staff are multilingual and very respectful nice and attentive. Location in Paseo Colon area is good and offers great views across Nuevo Laredo at night.
