"AWFUL!! Customer service SHOCKING. We arrived at the hotel to check in after being relocated from the travel lodge Nuneaton due to refurb and no family rooms available after being booked for nearly 6months in advance. Arrived at the reception and the corridor to the rooms from reception had a sewage smell. Arrived Into the 2x rooms that we had and checked the beds to find what looks like bugs on the mattress. Went to reception and once showed him the photos taken and explained that the room is not to a clean standard. Nothing was offered to us and key were handed back. We were miles away from home having to find new accommodation at short notice in 32’c heat. Reception gent handed us a number on a piece of paper and we was sent on our way. Customer service was contacted by telephone and again with no avail. Overall experience was awful and no refund was offered. Customer service has sent a email saying there is nothing that they offering or to rectify the situation. Will never book with another travel lodge again. First and last time I will ever be using them. Would NOT recommend at all!"

"We've stayed here a few times as it's very convenient for visiting family. The good things are the staff are nice, the breakfasts are good and the room was clean. It was quiet and we got a good night's sleep. This time though, our room was very small compared with some of the others. Just enough space to push past between the bed and the desk, and just the one chair. So you were sitting on the bed mainly. OK for a night but not ideal for a few days. It is also getting a bit shabby, and could do with a refresh."

"Położenie tego hotelu było idealne dla mnie, aby zdecydować, gdzie mogę iść na dzień. Jest wiele do zrobienia w tym okolicy, od kręgle z arcade, miękkiego zabawy dla dzieci i kina. Dobre miejsce do jedzenia i napojów. Stacja kolejowa nie jest zbyt daleko i otwiera wiele więcej miejsc. Ludzie w hotelu są bardzo przyjazne i pomocne. Podają zalecenia i pomagają bezpośrednio w cokolwiek potrzebujesz / chcesz. Pracownicy również przyjazdu zapytać, czy mam preferowany piętro. Został tu 3 razy. Zdecydowanie polecam i pozostać ponownie, jeśli trzeba."

"It was very hot when I stayed and so I slept with the windows open. Very disturbed sleep as very noisy. Something that sounded like a generator started in the early hours and continued for a couple of hours. Had just gone back to sleep when a lorry sounded its horn in the early hours at the nearby petrol station so I gave up. Had booked for 2 nights but only stayed for 1!"

"Podróżowałem po całym świecie i nigdy nie miałem takiego złego doświadczenia pobytu w hotelu. Zdjęcie na stronie internetowej nie jest jak hotel. W rzeczywistości jest to szabryczne i obrzydliwe. Myślałem, że znalazłem dobry hotel, który był rozsądnie ceniony, że mogę używać podczas wizyty krewnych w śródlądowych. Nie polecam tego miejsca i nigdy nie będę go używać ponownie. Muszę również wspomnieć, że obudziłem się rano w 1.30am do 3 oficerów policji próbujących zdobyć wejście do zabezpieczonego budynku przez prawie włożenie drzwi przez drzwi podczas uderzania na niego. Szukali 18-letniego mężczyzny Znam to, gdy obudzili mnie waląc się na drzwi pokoju hotelowego .... frightened yes, angry yes, czy znowu zasnąłem ....NO"
