Had a 4 day 3 night stay. Was told that i would get turnover on my third day. When i arrived back at my hotelcthe turnover service did not occur. Usually not a big deal because I'm pretty clean but was out of towels. When i called the cront desk I was told I had to run down and get them myself. I was a little taken aback. Regardless, i went down and picked them up. At that time, i asked about why I did not recieve my turn down service. Inl was rudely told by the front desk clerk that they were too busy and chose not to do my room. The room also had an occupancy sensor for the A/C and heat which means nothing ran at night due to lack of movement. It got uncomfortably warm at night.
