"This turned out to be a very disappointing stay for my family and I. At check in, our room wasn't ready. I'm willing to overlook that because things happen, but for the cost of our room, it is rather ridiculous that it wasn't ready when check in starts at 1500 and we arrived a bit after that. Once we got our room, the shower curtain had a few mold spots on it, which is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one that is supposedly this nice. Beyond that, the shower wouldn't drain properly. We showered in ankle deep water, so there was clearly a clog that should have been addressed. The front desk apologized and mentioned that they could have fixed it at any time with their 24-hour service staff, but that's not the point of this review. It's to show the lack of care shown toward the room that we were afforded for our one-night stay."

"I was satisfied with your new building. Comfortable as the building next door. I didn't like that the bathrooms are much smaller and there is noo bath to bath my little ones. AC worked just fine and the beds soft. The difference between the old building and new is, there is no balcony in the new building. Otherwise, towels are still clean and the management is professional."
