Shower wouldn’t drain, alerted the staff at checkout.
No blackout curtains in rooms stunk! Our room was bright as day because they only have sheer curtains n the rooms. They need better curtains! It’s a little thing but made for a crummy night’s sleep.

Booked hotel for WEC. Room smelled like mold, was dingy and out dated. Carpet was filthy and furnishings were in need of repair and updating. Their room cleaning is by request. Requested cleaning every day for four days and the room was not cleaned. When I inquired I was told they “ didn’t know why.” Never got back to me. Room was not cheap and inflated for the equestrian show. Not worth 200 dollars a night.

We did not feel safe in this place. It was also dirty. I absolutely would not recommend this place. Say that the manager who checked us in was very kind and helpful.

From the checkin to checkout everything was on point. The room is clean and comfortable, I really enjoyed staying here.

The bathroom smelled like mold. Had to keep the door closed while in the room.
The door frame inside the bathroom was half painted white and half grey and was not finished.
There was construction going on nearby and it was noisy.

I have stayed at Comfort Inns before but this one definitely needs a facelift. It was not clean, bathroom smelt bad and had bugs snd sink was scuffed up. I had to ask for a new sheet as it was dirty on arrival. The front desk didnt seem to care about any of this,

They need to update the computer systems so that reservations aren’t canceled. The rooms need to be updated curtains don’t close in one of our 2 rooms hair dryer didn’t work and the closet door was falling
