"It takes about an hour and a half from Naha, but it's quite deep in the mountains, so you might feel a little anxious until you get there (lol). The owners and their two dogs live right next to the building. They are both very friendly and kind. The dogs are also very sociable and love to be petted. We were served ginger lily tea and pudding. The room has a loft and I think it's possible to stay with up to four people, but there isn't much space to spread out your luggage. There is a microwave, a kettle, some plates, and coffee and tea. Cooking is not allowed. A barbecue grill is available for rent, but it cannot be used on rainy days. The surroundings are literally the middle of nature, and it's pitch black at night. The nearest convenience store is 20-30 minutes away, so please bring your own food and drinks. You can hear the sounds of insects and birds all around you. If you are going by car, please park in front of the wooden table with a parasol. It's a narrow, overgrown road, but on the way back, you can go straight and you will reach the road. I recommend taking a stroll around the area in the morning. Ishiyama Observatory is also within walking distance. There was absolutely no au (mobile carrier) signal, but there's free Wi-Fi available, so that's fine. Since there's only one group of guests per day, the connection wasn't a problem."
