"We stayed at the Beach point for 3 night room 420(i think). a beautiful appt. looking straight out over the beach and Bay of Plenty. The hosts where friendly and checkin a breeze as we were given a choice of 2 rooms a nice surprise,The beach was just across the rood and local cafes and resturants with walking distance. A short 6 min. drive into Whakatane for all the main grocery stores and facilities. The appt. was clean and extremely comfortable. Beautiful furnishings and well equipt kitchen, dinging room, lounge room, great bathroom and bedroom, washer, dryer. Large balcony with outdoor table and chairs and sun lounges. Just great would stay again if in Ohhope. Thank you Wendy"

"Szkoda NA TYM"S!!! Fantastycznie bierząc płatność za 2 penthouse apartamenty, pozdrowienia całej naszej rodziny następnie kilka godzin później, w ciemności, nalegając na liczbę głów i wszyscy mówią, że muszą odejść!!!! Tak, skończyły się 1 osoba, zaproponowano zapłacić za błąd, ale zostały brutalnie odmówione z powodu ubierania i łez. Nie dbało, że nasza siostrzenica spała w samochodzie z jej niemowlęciem i młodym synem!!! Aroganckie zachowanie tych menedżerów po naszej rodzinie podróżowały ponad 300 kms i zapłacił $1800!!!! Będąc lokalnym będę zachęcać wszystkich, którzy wiem, aby bojkotować ten śmieciowy zakład, i zdecydowanie NIE będziemy używać tego zakwaterowania w listopadzie lub kiedykolwiek!!!!"

"Been here several times before, always enjoyed it, just across from the beautiful Ohope Beach. Rooms are clean and tidy. Host was very pleasant and helpful Beds were clean and tidy and comfortable. Parking is straight outside room very handy, good for motorcyclists too. Very quiet, slept well."

"Menedżerowie byli tak mili na telefonie, a kiedy tam byliśmy, wysłali mi wiadomości, że byliśmy zbyt hałasni, powiedziałem, że świętujemy urodziny moich mężów, a także prosiłem o pozwolenie przyjaciół przyjść na śniadanie, dostałem tekst dwa razy, jeden, aby utrzymać hałas w dół, nie muzyka tylko mówi i inne teksty, aby zapytać, czy mogliby sprawdzić metr wody? , wtedy byliśmy na balkonie , nasz gość spojrzał na kolei, tylko dla kobiety, która tu siedziała, aby zapytać, czy paliliśmy? Nikt nawet nie palił z naszą grupą. piękne miejsce do pobytu, ale bardzo dziwne Zarządzanie, nie przyjazne w ogóle!!!"

"This was a somewhat uncertain trip “am I going or am I not”, so did not make a booking. Being the school holidays, I was also uncertain to the reception I would receive but this was such a needless worry additionally I made a surprise visit to a friend who asked if she could stay, so we could “catch up & reminisce” Kelly unhesitatingly accommodated our request. So perfectly located to Whakatane, Ohope and other areas visited This accommodation had all the simple comforts I could want, clean, well maintained, comfortable with a number of exceptional extras for guests to use, such as the picnic area across the road. Best decision I made , so ideally situated to the beach, the quietness was the right form of relaxation I needed, early morning walk on the beach followed by further walks on the beach. I am only sorry my stay was so short, rated 3-star I left with a 5-star feeling and will be certain to return with family in tow for what I hope is a longer stay."

We were not disappointed and we were all very impressed with the updated and improved amenities.
