I have stayed in hotels in Japan many times. The quality is as good as ever and the temperature is the same. Lawson downstairs in the hotel provides great convenience. Although the location is a bit far from the JR station, it can be reached quickly by walking down the commercial street.

After soaking in the inner bath of 19F, go up the stairs to 20F (rooftop). There are two types of bathtubs here. It is a little hot water and a little lukewarm carbonated spring. Also, the view of soaking in the bathtub is the best! It's nice in the daytime, but the view illuminated by neon at night is also nice. Guests can use it from 6am the next morning. This morning bath was the most comfortable. Breakfast was served at the 8F restaurant from 7 am. I arrived around 6:55 with a breakfast ticket, but 7 ～ 8 people were already lined up. Instead of choosing your favorite seat, the person in charge will guide you. At that seat, the person in charge asks whether the main dish is Japanese or Western. On this day (12/16), Japanese food was grilled ＋ small bowl, Western food was hamburger ＋ small bowl. Except for the main dish, it is a buffet style, and it is a style that you take this and that yourself. It was a pity that I couldn't have breakfast slowly because the bus to the airport was early. It was the first time I stayed at the facility for about １０ for the first time in several years, and it was the first time since I became a Nikko brand. The location is a little from the downtown area, but the view was good because it was high-rise. The equipment is still old. The shower in the bathroom was not an automatic temperature plug, and the water pressure of the hot water was weak, so it was difficult to adjust the amount of hot water at the appropriate temperature to use the shower. Also, breakfast was disappointing. Although it was a Viking, the replenishment was slow, and some of them did not come out to the end only by the tag. There is no udon noodles yet, so when I asked the staff, it was out of stock, so I could do it by soba. I refused because it would take １５ minutes. I've never heard of a Viking out of stock. Even though there aren't many people. There was almost no bread. Services such as the front desk are good. Especially the greeting of the person who cleaned the room was pleasant.

Had an overnight stay here for the rugby after a day travelling down from Hokkaido. The trip went incredibly smoothly, then the welcome, the fans zone, the organisation and the fans transport out to the stadium were amazing. Well done Oita. The hotel was a little overwhelmed by the number of people booking in before the match, but staff were friendly and helpful; the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped; and the hotel was easily found from the station via an interesting arcade - no more than a 5-10 minute walk. Would certainly stay here again if in Oita.

Very helpful and friendly front desk staffs will smiling face all the time. The onsen on the roof top is excellent particularly the outdoor pool. I love their ramen serving after 9:30 pm, good timing after enjoing onsen. The room size is reasonable if you been to enough hotels in Japan. Cleanliness and tidynesss is impressive. Breakfast is good but love to see more western selections. Overall I love this hotel and will prefer to stay there again.

The view was great and it was comfortable! I want to stay here again. To be honest, I would say that the cleaning is not good enough... There were some small pieces of debris and hair left behind!

Stayed alone for the Rugby World Cup. The hotel in Oita city is full from early on and the price is only twice as much as usual. But only here felt the spirit at the usual price. Good location, close to Oita station and downtown. The front desk staff was also good. The room was quite smelly, even though it was a smoking room. Also, if you were studying more in detail about access to the World Cup stadium, it would have been even better.

The parking lot is a little deep from the street in a three-dimensional parking lot, so it is difficult to understand, but I think it is a very good location near Oita Station. The downtown is also close. The room was cleaned well and comfortable. However, it is a self-contained subjective, but I was a little surprised that I was assigned a room in front of the male bathhouse even though it was one of our women. It is very difficult to submit, but if possible, it is better to see a little more customer layer and think about it.

Location is suburbs. I feel the oldness of the facilities. ８ floor, but the elevator was １ and it was inconvenient. This time, it was a reservation without a toilet bath, the room was spacious and the air conditioner was not effective. It was a bit inconvenient because the toilet in front of the room had a toilet bowl １. １ The water pressure in the large bath on the floor was normal and it was like null and soft water. Breakfast was satisfactory at 6:30 〜 Viking. Parking is a bit narrow with gravel. Wi-Fi was down 0 up 47.

There was a natural hot spring, and my body became warm. The bath in the room was also a hot spring. The room was a little small for two people. The breakfast was delicious.
