Best hotel in ooty . Excellent staying experience . Clean hotel ☺️☺️☺️ and lovely location of staying . I definatly come again in this hotel .you can enjoy sunrise from lovely garden nice cooprative staff child friendly hotel . And its look like 7 star feel in this

Ambience is v.good... Breakfast is excellent..good food spread Rooms r good Service is v.good View & location fantastic Would like visit definitely Staff is very co-operative Indoor games, spa is good time to spend Thanks to Gempark making our trip memorable

customer handling and service was really amazing.............. staffs are really good ......................... and the food and ambience was also really nice ......... i would prefer them again i am satisfied and happy with their service

Hotel is nice .. Awesome stay for 2 Nights ..Room & Food service is extra ordinary... Hotel staff had decorated balloon ; cake for our wedding anniversary.. Hotel is in heart of ooty town, near by places rose garden , ooty lake , doddepatte .. I will plan to stay again in next visit

Location of the Gem Park is good, the staff is courteous and attentive. The food is good. Overall the stay for 3 nights was excellent and enjoyed thoroughly our stay here and hardly went out for sightseeing. The weather was excellent to our taste.

We had a wonderful stay at gem park. Our family consisted of 7 adults and 9 Children, especially children enjoyed the most.The play area had ***y games ,we did utilize it to the most.Breakfast was superb with ***y delicacies , the park,garden everything were superb.

Good hospitality, had a pleasant stay staff is very friendly and always there for your needs.Would love to visit again. I highly recommend Gem park for those who like to visit Ooty. Has a scenic view and it's on a prime location. Excellent food
