"W zeszłym miesiącu odwiedziłem hotel Accord Highland z tak wiele oczekiwań. Spodobało mi się więcej niż oczekiwałem. Ładne otoczenie z pięknymi wzgórzami i zieleni. Jedzenie było naprawdę niesamowite, szczególnie śniadanie z różnych rozkładów. A wieczorne imprezy są naprawdę mile widziane i niesamowite z energicznym menedżerem imprez, panem Sivakumarem. Wszyscy pracownicy w restauracji, przednim biurze i domowym obsługuje bardzo miłe i uśmiechają się cały czas. Z pewnością wrócimy z naszą rodziną i przyjaciółmi. Polecam wszystkim odwiedzić ten hotel i nigdy nie będziesz rozczarowany. Kudos do wszystkich zespołów hotelu Highland."

"This is like a homestay without food! The room was spacious and comfortable but no heater was available. We had stayed at the premium deluxe room but no good hospitality was received in terms of frequent checking on things like beverages or if we need anything else from them. It was non-professional! Also there is no arrangement of food on this property. There is a attached restaurant called Madras Rasoi which serves decent food but they are serving only on limited time slots. When you book a hotel you expect to get better treatment but unfortunately there is no such scope. I wouldn't recommend to anyone who is fond of hotels. This is ideal for people who are mostly sightseeing and doesn't expect much in terms of hospitality from the hotel! Thanks."

"Had a very peaceful stay in Ayatana Ooty. The property is excellent and the rooms are very well done - the balcony, views, jacuzzi and the mountain air around was just perfect. It is at a very good location and was just the unwinding experience needed. Courteous staff in the property and smooth reservation experience, where Mohammed Mateen was v helpful with hiccups also. One point which needs improvement is food - variety wise in buffet as well as menu options expansion, which they said was temporary. Also few things from the limited menu were not available. Rest no improvement points, definitely a must stay"

Więc jeśli jesteś kochankiem psa lub masz zwierzęta, który jest super przyjazny i chce zrobić nowych przyjaciół i biegać wokół, to jest idealne miejsce do pobytu. Pokoje były dość wygodne i jedzenie było proste i domowe. Miejsce jest również piękne ! Saurav poprowadził nas do pobliskiego lasu sosnowego, który był tak eksmierujący. Stacja Lovedale jest około km od niego i jest to piękna spacer. Ponadto istnieje duża przestrzeń parkingowa, która była dla nas koniecznością, gdy jechałyśmy w dół całą drogę z Pune. Dzięki I India . Kochaliśmy doświadczenie i odwiedzimy ponownie!"

"Pobyt tutaj przez 2 dni. Lokalizacja jest doskonała, ponieważ możemy zobaczyć pełne oty miasto z ogrodu z mgłą wszędzie rano. Usługa pokojowa była przyzwoita, ale na drugi dzień po sprzątaniu pokoi nie dostarczyli toalet i kiedy zapytaliśmy na telefon, dostarczyli tylko mydła, a także powiedział nam, że zrobiłeś ręcznik bardzo brudny. Śniadanie ma przyzwoite różnorodność przedmiotów i smak był również dobry . Obiad był płacony i jeść, ale menu zawierało bardzo mniej opcji dla warzyw i cen, gdzie bardzo wysokie i jedzenie nie było warte ceny . Również jako oty jest nieco zimne wtedy inne miasta, ale nie dostarczyły odpowiedniego systemu grzewczego ."

"Location is good but the last stretch of about 500 meters is a steep slope and kacha/horrible road not safe for both passengers and vehicle. Food is good. The room that was given the washroom flush was not working, 01 towel for 4 pax, were provided, no complimentary water and no souvenirs were provided. They thankfully provided us a alternate room next day but the tv switch was some where so it could not be switched off, some insects issue (beatles) coming into room from washroom open space or from missing glass slides. Overall it was an average experience. One of the room service person some-sh was very helpful, soft spoken, this made our experience at-least livable for 4d/3n. We expected some refund towards lack of basic amenities but the hotel manager was not in a position to do so."

"Located just opposite to govt rose garden in a quite surroundings. Had comfortable stay with family in classic deluxe room. Staff Mr. Saravanan and Mr. Mukesh were helpful and Service was satisfactory. Clean room with Hot water facility. No in-house restaurant but food can be ordered through room service facility from other restaurants. Swiggy or zomato services are available. Overall good stay and definitely recommended."

The Red House
"Please believe the bad reviews, we have regretted not believing them and booked this property at a crucial time and lost a lot of money. It's run by an elusive owner, very unpleasant and disrespectful about the guests. The property is managed by Amit, again, an extremely irresponsible, inexperienced person. It was our wedding in December, 2023. We booked the entire property for two nights, several months in advance. They knew we were booking it for our families to be in one place, and they also knew it was our wedding. We made the mistake of paying the entire amount in advance. We had no idea that the owners run these quack businesses to cheat people. We reached two days before the wedding day, and they decided to renovate, the entire front porch was broken and being redone. I didn't know what to do, we were two days away from our wedding and urgently needed an alternative. The rooms were smelling of mould and there was mould all over, under the bed, in the bathroom, literally in every room. It was impossible that our families of senior citizens could stay there. The shocking part was the downstairs rooms were smelling of pee and alcohol and I have no words to describe how dirty and unhygienic it was. Ooty has plenty of budget heritage properties and it's difficult to maintain them, we go to Ooty every year multiple times. And, we never stayed at the Red House because of the bad reviews. And, I still can't remember why we made such a bad decision of booking this place, but the mistake was made. We had to paid a huge amount and book a different place for our family last minute. I told Amit to cancel 3 rooms out of 6, and our vendors were accomodated there. Infact even our vendors had to be moved out the second night due to construction dust, unclean drinking water, mould and dirty linen. When we asked for refund (at least of the three rooms we cancelled), Amit agreed, because he knew exactly what he had done. He had so many months to prepare for our arrival, and they did nothing. But, the owners were so cheap, probably they don't have their own money and live off by cheating people, even their neighborhood residents spoke of the owners so badly, that they were very cheap and miserly. And clearly that was the case. I decided to file an FIR, money lost is one thing, but money lost in fraud is different. They decided to return a measly amount, and my husband just wanted the ordeal to end. So I let it go. I won't recommend this place but if you must stay here, you should know the truth and hopefully they learn their lesson through other guests. Lots of excellent properties like Smyrna, Lymond house, manor house etc, where they treat guests as humans, not as dumb tourists to fill their pockets."

"Our stay at the Wisteria Mountain View Room was absolutely magical! Waking up to the breathtaking mountain views every morning felt like stepping into a postcard. The room was spacious, cozy, and perfectly maintained. The beautifully landscaped Sherlock gardens were a delight to explore, especially with family. Every corner of the property is picture-perfect and surrounded by nature. The food deserves special mention. The breakfast spread was exceptional, with a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone. We genuinely looked forward to breakfast each morning! The staff were warm, attentive, and made us feel at home throughout our stay."
