I regret to say that my experience at Ponmari Hotel was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff member's behavior towards my family was utterly disgraceful. Despite not using a utensil, we were subjected to unwarranted shouting and humiliation as if we were servants. Despite prepaying for everything, including exorbitantly priced meals, we were made to feel like criminals over a mere 400 rupees utensil. What's worse is that our innocent autistic child was wrongly blamed for the incident, adding insult to injury. Our hard-earned money, totaling almost 20,000 rupees, was wasted on a hotel that lacks basic decency and respect for its guests. I vow to take this matter to the consumer court and involve the authorities, ensuring that no other family has to endure such deplorable treatment. Avoid Ponmari Hotel at all costs unless you enjoy being mistreated and humiliated.
