Très bel hôtel petit pratique proche de tout très propre clientèle familiale personnel ultra gentil disponible petit déjeuner très correct pour un 3 étoiles pour ne pas dire excellent pour un 3 étoiles je reviendrais sûrement et je le conseil vivement

Hôtel propre. Personnel à l’écoute et disponible. Literie super. Localise au Centre Ville - quartier avec des restaurants à proximité. Petit déjeuner correct Dommage que le gel douche et Le shampoing sont dans un distributeur commun. Ce n’est plus des petits échantillons. Pas d’après shampoing ni de crème pour le corps. Sinon je reviendrais c est sur

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel en septembre 2023. Les plus de cet hôtel sont : -A 1km du centre ville - La propreté -La qualité de la literie -Choix des matériaux -Le service au top -La connexion internet dans toute l’enceinte de l’hôtel (excellente) -Personnel à l’écoute et très respectueux -Très bien situé dans la zone touristique d’Oran, de très bons restaurants entourés l’hôtel Allez-y les yeux fermés! Et bienvenue en Algérie 🇩🇿

Un hôtel merveilleux qui allie, calme, propreté des installations, qualité des repas , petit déjeuner, et , bien entendu, le professionnalisme de son capital humain , toujours à l'écoute et aux petits soins. Bravo au manager et à son équipe.

Notre réservation a été annulée, sous peine que la carte de crédit n'est pas valide. La seule et unique raison est que nous sommes des filles.Se voir annulé sa réservation pour aucune raison est inadmissible.

Quelle agréable surprise à notre arrivée à 1h du mat!! Personnel dispo serviable très professionnel. La chambre offre confort, propreté, literie au top, joli design avec de bons matériaux, magnifique vue sur le fort de Santa Cruz,etc...Petit déjeuner copieux, varié, servi avec professionnalisme. Excellent rapport qualité/prix!! Bref un 10/10 pour ce chic hôtel qui mérite largement ses 5⭐

Excellent Hôtel ! Je considère que c’est le meilleur hôtel à Oran toutes catégories confondues. La propreté des chambres, la literie, le buffet, le service de l’accueil au service de chambre, un 10/10. Idéalement situé de plus … familial ❤️ Bravo à toute l’équipe de l’IBIRIS pour leur professionnalisme. Un grand merci à madame Nacera pour son écoute et sa bienveillance, Manel à l’accueil et l’unique Ryma qui non seulement est soucieuse de faire convenablement son travail mais apporte de la joie et de la bonne humeur à tous ceux qui croisent son chemin (étage 4 👍) Très bonne continuation à tous !

Nous avons tout d'abord eu à faire à une navette qui est venue nous chercher à l'aéroport de Oran. Bon accueil à notre arrivée. Accompagnement du réceptionniste à la chambre. Chambre très propre, voir casi neuve. Matelas confortable. Système wifi excellent dans les chambres contrairement à d'autres hôtels. Petit déjeuner, du choix mais manque encore certains produits, donc à amélioré. Le 5 étoiles est mérité pour leur professionnalisme et leur accueil en français bien sûr.
