"In Erzin, we knew how much we would have to pay at the reception, but they charged me 600 Algerian Dinars more than what was stated in your system. When I asked about this, they said no, they don't accept it. They charged me 1950 Dinars, but your system shows 1250 Dinars. So they overcharged me. Secondly, the receptionists didn't speak English; I had a lot of difficulty and used a translation device. Thirdly, to call a taxi at the door, even though I ordered one through the app on my phone, the taxi that arrived demanded three times the amount shown in the system. The receptionist and the person at the door had arranged that taxi. The amount I should have paid was 700, but they asked for 2000, then lowered it to 1005. It was very unethical behavior. In the end, I ordered a taxi myself through the system and went for 1000."

"I would never recccomend this hotel To anyone.. the location and view are nice but really not worth it.. the staff the cleaning ladys the way they treat u everything is 0 they want only money from u and they are thieves they stole my shirt.. i was very shocked what happend to me in this hotel i checked out 2 days after.. i told the staff what happend to me and they didnt even care.. my room Was dirty and when i checked in i got my room like this!
