Évaluation de l'Hôtel TIMGADE d'Oran .
Malheureusement, mon expérience dès mon arrivée à l'hôtel TIMGADE d'Oran a été extrêmement décevante. Le personnel à la réception était peu accueillant et semblait désintéressé.
Aucun effort n'a été fait pour créer une atmosphère chaleureuse et accueillante.
Le manque de professionnalisme du personnel était frappant. Les employés semblaient désorganisés et peu compétents dans l'exécution de leurs tâches.
Les demandes simples comme le WIFI ont été mal gérées, ce qui a ajouté à mon sentiment de frustration et d'inconfort.
Le service clientèle laisse beaucoup à désirer.
L'attitude générale du personnel était indifférente et peu soucieuse du bien-être des clients.
Bien que la propreté de ma chambre était acceptable, d'autres parties de l'hôtel semblaient mal entretenues. Les installations communes étaient sales et en mauvais état, ce qui contribuerait à une impression générale de négligence.
Le petit déjeuner loin, de refléter les photos sur la maquette publicitaire à été constitué d'un simple café au lait, les viennoiseries sont constituées de 4 croûtons de pain et de 2 gâteaux de type madeleine.
Conclusion : Dans l'ensemble, mon séjour à l'hôtel TIMGADE d'Oran a été très décevant en raison du mauvais accueil et du manque de professionnalisme du personnel. Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement à d'autres voyageurs à moins que d'importants changements ne soient apportés à la gestion et à la culture de service de l'hôtel.

Salam, nous avons passé d'agréables vacances à l'hôtel le Timgad Oran de 2008 à 2011 le personnel super sympa accueillant hôtel propre bien situé en centre ville les menus raffinés et succulents préparé avec Amour 💖 par le gérant de l'hôtel c'était des vacances inoubliables 👍🌹 Un grand merci à vous tous Allah yahfedkoum insh'Allah 🌹🌹🌹 Wassalam

Hôtel dont les chambres devraient être renouvelées et modernisées Cela ferait un si bel hôtel central Les repas sont excellents et le personnel très aimables Propreté générale aussi Les prix très abordables Aussi le réfection des chambres ferait un hôtel parfait
