- carpet was not so clean -Air condition is so noisy - Windows class also were so dirty - frequent Cutoff of electricity making an intermittent Wi-Fi connexion and so obliged to switch to my mobile connection to continue my meetings.

As a local , seasoned traveler and a citizen who studied enough to recognize good service, just want to publically state how happy I feel when I stepped today in RODINA ORAN, still as good as before covid . Young hotel vibe , built recently, I like so much about it specifically the staff line, I met in f n b .....Mr El Hadi , I vouch for him employee of the month. I m Very picky on whether this hotel is worthy of spending my savings in cash. Certainly coming back for a short stay in this one . AFFAF DJEBBAR.

Das Hotel ist sehr edel gestaltet, allerdings sind die duschen so modern, dass es mir einmal nicht gelungen ist, warmes Wasser zu erhalten, weil eine Zeit lang kaltes floss, sehr schön im arabischen Stil ist die Sitzecke vor dem Restaurant, das Buffet ist morgens und abends sehr reichhaltig, das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb vom Zentrum, ist aber per Straßenbahn erreichbar

Si algo puedo destacar de este hotel de cinco estrellas es la amabilidad de todo el personal. Profesionales, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa. Me pareció increíble poder disfrutar en solitario del spa del hotel. Me viene a la mente cuánto costará mantener este tipo de establecimientos con tan pocos huéspedes

Je ne pense pas que je reviendrai ,d’apres le service client de permanence (la nuit) Hotel propre spacieux mais le service client (la réception) nul nul nul la piscine ferme a 17h heure d’été ,merci.!

Notre chambre etait prevue à 15h. 1h30 plus tard nous attendons encore! Honteux! une après-midi de perdue! Les agents à l'accueil nous ignorent et se revoient la balle. Si vous voulez profiter de votre sejour fuyez de cet hotel!

Hôtel propre avec chambres spacieuses et personnel à l’écoute et très gentil. L’hôtel est situé juste en face du tram donc top pour visiter. Petit déjeuner très complet avec msemmen chaud et pancake. Petit point négatif c’est le café, pas très bon.

Très mauvaise expérience avec de nombreux problème, ce n’est pas normal venant d’un hôtel 5 étoiles . Personnel 4/10 Room service 5/0 Chambre 4/10 ( bruit, fenêtre qui ne ce ferme pas, pas de wifi )

Bonjour à tous, J’ai hésité avant de réserver cet hôtel, après avoir lu les commentaires, et c’est pour cette raison j’aimerais vous faire partager mon expérience détaillée. Je souhaite remercier infiniment l’équipe de ce splendide Hôtel. J’ai séjourné avec 2 amis, pour un voyages d’affaires, durant 5 jours, une fois arrivé et stationné la voiture dans le parking, un bagagiste est venue chercher nos bagages pour les apporter à la réception, une fois monté àu rez-de-chaussée, une entrée royale et majestueuse, avec des plafonds à plus de 10m de hauteur, un un magnifique escalier serpentin, des couleurs nobles et épurées. Plusieurs salons qui entour la réception, mon préféré était le salon noir, en rentrant à droite de la réception . une exposition de tableaux de peinture, avec des toiles sublimes, Au magnifique graphisme de la langue Arabe, Le personnel très agréable et à l’écoute, avec un grooming parfait, nous avons occupé la suite junior, très spacieuse, avec tout le confort et les codes du Luxe. Un coup de cœur pour la vue qui domine une bonne partie de la perle de la Méditerranée, Oran. La laiterie est très confortable, la suite était d’une propreté irréprochable, le ménage été fait tout les jours, un room service long, j’invite la direction à améliorer ce point. L’éminence qui rêne dans cet hôtel et très familiale, un respect totale, un calme absolu. Pour le petit déjeuner, je ne me rappelle pas les horaires exacte, mais je garde le souvenir de la diversité des produits, un nombre interminable de boissons chaudes fraîches, Viennoiseries, fromage et charcuterie et plat chaud un vrais petit déjeuner continental. Je recommande Fortement cet établissement, merci encore pour ce délicieux séjour.
