The location is in Dongsheng district, the former center of the city, a bit far from the Ordos city. Our purpose was to visit the Chinggis Khaan mausoleum, so the selection of the location was a minor mistake. It is not related to the hotel’s wonderful service. The hotel’s service and conditions were amazing other than the receptionists didn’t know English. They asked for a deposit but finally, they did know we already paid. It took some time after our long trip. Hope they will improve their experiences with online booking

It was a very pleasant stay in Ordos - Dongsheng. The hotel is very good, the staff are very attentive and highly recommendable hotel .

The room we stayed in was big and clean. The staff could not speak English; however there was one lady who could speak English and was very kind and helpful. When she was not there, we had trouble communicating to the staff. They were not efficient enough and I think there was a lot of miscommunication; however the hospitality could have been better. The TV in our room was big and had many channels, but the movies did not work. Buffet breakfast is Chinese. I think it’s a great hotel with many facilities, but I did not feel very comfortable and feel that the staff could be better in handling foreigners better.

鐵牛酒店酒店大廳很乾凈，酒店位置也很好，之前也住過幾次了，老牌五星值得信賴，還送了水果酸奶和小零食。酒店早餐也很豐盛。酒店客房的洗澡水很滿意呀，周邊飯店也多酒店客服小張服務態度熱情。總之滿意👍

早餐屬於同等級別酒店中偏上水平，亮點是水果豐富，有現磨咖啡，肉食較少，尤其是沒有內蒙特色小吃燒麥略有遺憾。酒店送温泉券是是選擇此酒店的主要原因。有些設施需完善，比如馬桶蓋，有些小賓館的樣子了。總體上酒店還是不錯的。

每次來都住這裏，親子間乾淨舒服，鄂爾多斯鐵牛大酒店酒店大廳明亮酒店，每個樓層都有礦泉水而且放了水果，還額外送了果盤和酸奶，還有免費温泉門票，帶着孩子玩兒好了，小張張服務態度熱情。@張張，推介[強]

第四次在他家住了，整體感覺不錯，早餐餐飲挺好，還可以泡温泉，休閑娛樂一條龍，去野生動物園孩子們的樂園玩的很開心，期待下一次旅行
