"This hotel, newly opened in June, has a very strong odor. My child's nose was blocked and their throat was sore within minutes of entering. If it weren't for the heavy luggage, exhaustion from the long journey, and the late night, I would have definitely checked out. I didn't sleep well the entire night, and the odor couldn't have been any worse. Due to the front desk's issues, we had to wait a while before checking in. They simply offered us some mineral water and a verbal apology. The hotel didn't consider the odor of the new hotel and the wait, offering any additional considerations like breakfast vouchers or small gifts. The front desk service was also inadequate, not informing us of the dining room and location upon check-in. The housekeeping service was also inadequate. Knowing the odor was new, they should have opened the doors and windows for fresh air before booking. No matter how new the hotel and its amenities are, a strong odor is unacceptable. I complained to the waiter, but he said he couldn't smell it and said it had been renovated a year ago. I wouldn't believe you. The hotel was built a year ago and it was still pretty good. The renovations, wardrobes, carpets, and other issues were definitely only in the last few months. I complained immediately, but there was no follow-up, which shows how poor their service attitude is. The only thing I felt was that they helped us carry our luggage to the room. Also, the hotel lobby entrance is not visible from the road, you need to go around from the other side, it is at the back."

"The hotel has just opened; it's high-end, with sophisticated decor and quality amenities. Since it's currently in the process of building its reputation and attracting customers on the platform, it's very affordable on Ctrip, offering great value for money. We received a free upgrade to a room with a bathtub; the room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and delicious flavors. There are ample parking spaces, both above and below ground. It's close to the highway exit. Multiple elevators connect the basement to the lobby and rooms. Perhaps due to time constraints, there were some shortcomings in preparation. More ventilation is needed, and cleaning, especially of the bathroom and bedding, was not thorough. The air conditioner, even at maximum fan speed, made a vibrating sound from the vents. The duvet cover and quilt were not snug enough, making it slightly uncomfortable. There were no disposable bathtub liners. Check-out took a long time because housekeeping needed to thoroughly inspect the room before the front desk could refund the deposit. The surrounding environment is good, quiet, and spacious. Access is very convenient. Overall, it was a very good experience!"
