The staff were really nice. We had had a really long drive in the snow and it was great to be welcomed so warmly. Our room was warm and clean. Dinner was excellent, as was breakfast. The location is nice, other hotels in Orleans are on an industrial estate but this is in a wooded area. We would recommend this hotel.

I arrived at 11:05, delayed due to roadworks. The hotel gates were locked, no reply from the hotel phone number, and Campanile's help desk closes at 8pm. I had to find alternative accommodation.

Very nice restaurant but the accommodation is ancient and needs refurb. The beds were comfortable though. No English speaking tv channels.

Direktly in front of the rooms, truck are parking with their cooling engine running all night !!! Avoid this motel if you want to have a good night sleep.

Perfect place to stay overnight, outside of Orleans city with a safe enclosed carpark, stopping enroute to Cherbourg.

Lovely staff on reception gave really nice welcome even thou it was late, very much needed after a long day travelling.
Comfy bed and nice quiet rooms. Perfect for a stopover.

L’hôtel est facile d’accès, au calme et plutôt bien situé. Les chambres sont spacieuses, sans surprise et propre. petit déjeuner bien fourni même assez tard. La présence d’un plateau d’accueil dans les chambres est clairement un plus. Cependant, les places de parking sont très très petites et certains personnels de la réception m’ont clairement de sens client : il n’est pas normal d’avoir à attendre 10 minutes pour une facture ou bien de devoir attendre la fin des livraisons sous les reproches du personnel de l’hôtel avant de partir travailler.
