"Excellent location, easy access. Decent breakfast, possibility to work in the common area. Good bedding. Warning: Room 2. This is clearly also a storage space; it's cold, and cleaning, particularly dusting, has been neglected in some areas. The door doesn't close properly, the alarm goes off, and you have to call the call center, which was aware of the issue and told me how to proceed. The hotel's linen room and logistics area are located in front of and in the immediate vicinity of the room, making waking up unpleasant. In terms of security, guests should be informed beforehand about the location of this room in relation to the rest of the hotel."

"As a hotel it's okay. Rooms are clean enough, staff is friendly enough. The big plus is the grass court outside, and the pool, allowing the kids some activities after a day in the car. The distance from the Netherlands is ideal: a day's drive. But it's pricey for a family of 5. We've had lesser experiences in the restaurant. For two years in a row the receipt did not match the prices on the menu, and things were just messed up. Food is average; chicken is often dry and portions are quite small. We had to complain and spend time fixing this. Breakfast on the other hand is great. The last time we were promised a discount on the second room, but it was never given. Have been waiting for customer support for 2 1/2 months now, and after several phone calls... absolutely nothing. No news, no information, nothing."

"Fantastic. Lovely room, comfy bed. Gracious and warm host. We were surprised by how pretty and well designed the room was. The host is a professional level interior designer and cook. The breakfast was a delight with 3 kinds of fresh bread, cheese, granola, eggs, kiwi-fruit smoothie, homemade custard, waffles, fruit, pour-over coffee, local honey off the comb….you get the idea."
