"We ( with our 2 boys) stayed a night here at this utterly charming guest lodge. We received a very warm welcome. The decking area has amazing views and we enjoyed a drink from the honesty bar. Elza and Albert are charming and engaging hosts and have thought of many small details to make your stay really comfortable and enjoyable. The lodge was a standalone wooden cabin but had everything including a stocked fire ready for you to light. Plenty of bedding, hot water bottles, electric blankets etc to keep you cosy at night. Not 5* in the glitzy sense but everything you would want in a guest lodge stay with kids. Amazing value too."

"We enjoyed an unexpected 2 night stay at this lovely hotel when our car broke down. The staff were wonderful and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Special mention must go to Chantelle, Dan and Kiewiet. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We enjoyed dining at The Colony but we particularly enjoyed our meals at Cafe Brûlé - everything was fresh and delicious. We will definitely be back."

"Absolutnie kochał De Zeekoe gospodarstwo gościnne. Nasz pokój był uroczy ... bardzo dziwny, cztery łóżko plakatowe, miejsce ognia z dziurami. Wanna i prysznic oddzielone starym stylowym ekranem było fantastyczne. Myślę, że mieli one z oryginalnych pokoi, Niektóre pokoi były bardziej nowoczesne, ale nadal miłe. Wszystko naprawdę czyste. Lokalizacja recepcji urocza. Żywność smaczna. W ładnym, całkiem niezłym miejscu. Ludzie w hotelu byli naprawdę przyjazni i pomocni. Odwiedzony lokalny farma ostrych safari w pobliżu i personel zauważył, że wracamy, pogoda się zmęczyła z ciężkimi deszczami i menedżer wysłał kogoś, aby nas odebrać. Niestety nie doświadczył meerkat z powodu złej pogody. Bardzo szczęśliwy z naszego pobytu. Zdecydowanie poleca. Żałuję, że nie zostaliśmy dłużej."

"Our stay at Le Petit Karoo had a beautiful start. The location is beautiful, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. It was a quiet place and the meals were a highlight. You feel that the food is prepared with much love and the tastes were fantastic. The rooms can be clean, but they were also fine and functional. Unfortunately, our positive feeling was overshadowed by a disappointing experience of hospitality caused by one of the two women, and at the end of the day we wanted to walk to the nearby ratites farm. We were surprised to see that this could not be done because we were allowed to leave the farm only by car, and because we had no car, we felt obstructed and we felt we had to consume additional food by staying on the ground. The next morning, when we wanted to leave the farm with our bikes, we were told that we had to wait 45 minutes for a car to make a shop. It felt very uncomfortable that the gate was not special for us The inflexible and unfriendly attitude of this one person has unfortunately put a dim on our stay. It is a pity to conclude that, despite the beautiful location and the wonderful food, the attitude of one of the host women has adversely affected the overall experience."

"It was difficult to find guest house (it is not in Google maps and even in Trip.com maps it was unclear there is reception and there is apartment. But the connection by phone was easy and we received a support - key and explanation very fast after arriving to the accommodation site. We appreciate our thanks for the real help with forgotten baggage delivery to the our next stop. It was done in spite of weekend days very correctly and friendly. Thank you again! The location is out of road in wild area nearby lake with plenty of birds and plants. It was impressive sunset and sunrise. In house we found all that we was needed for cooking, comfortable living"
