可怕的酒店,可怕的服務
在酒店入住的第一晚,我的車停在酒店的地面停車場,就在酒店大堂門口,旁邊就是攝像頭,可怕的是我的車在當晚被砸,副駕駛的車窗被砸碎,車裡的行李箱和包被偷走,而酒店對我沒有任何歉意和安慰,也拒絕向警察提供監控錄像,導致案件無法追蹤。

Terrible hotels, terrible services
On the first night of my stay at the hotel, my car was parked in the ground level parking lot, just outside the hotel lobby, with a camera next to it. What was terrifying was that my car was smashed that night, the passenger window was smashed, and the luggage and bags in the car were stolen. The hotel did not apologize or comfort me, and refused to provide surveillance footage to the police, making the case untraceable.
That morning, the hotel called my room and informed me that my car had been smashed without any apologies. When I called the police, I asked the hotel staff to communicate together. The police asked when the incident occurred, and the hotel staff replied that it happened around 5 a.m. (so I believe she had seen the surveillance, so she knew it happened at 5 a.m.). After the alarm, the hotel staff asked me if I wanted to watch the surveillance video. Innocently, I said to wait for the police to come and watch it together. As a result, the police did not come that day. When I requested to watch the surveillance at night, the attitude of the hotel staff changed 180 degrees, saying that they could not show me the surveillance and needed to wait for the police to come and show it to the police. When I checked out on the third day, the police still didn't come, and my request to watch the surveillance was rejected. For tourists, we couldn't wait there to solve the case and had to leave. A few days later, I received a text message from the police stating that the hotel informed them that the surveillance was broken and therefore there was no video recording, making the case untraceable. During this process, no hotel manager appeared and apologized to me, as if this matter had nothing to do with them. It shocked me and made it difficult to imagine that this was the service that a four-star hotel should have. It turned out to be the service of a hotel under the Accor Group.
