The location was also fantastic; there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets right outside the door, and public transport was conveniently close. "The hotel has very convenient parking, which is the first choice for self-driving tours. There is a restaurant downstairs, which is also the check-in place. At first, I wondered if I had gone to the wrong place, but when I got to the room, I found it was a different world. The hotel is very warm, with a welcome card and free fresh milk. Every decoration in the room is full of British style, even the paintings on the wall are full of stories about Oxford, and the toiletries are also very exquisite. I love the library downstairs, which feels like a university campus. The hotel is also in a good location, very close to attractions such as the Bridge of Sighs!"

"The hotel is superbly located to access restaurants, theatre and pubs. It’s very quiet as there is limited road access for vehicles. The rooms are serviced twice a day so plenty clean towels and freshened up rooms. The staff are very knowledgeable as to where to park a hire car and they’re super helpful. The restaurant served one of the best fish and chips I’ve had in London and they do a great value 2 course menu until 18h30 which helps the budget. I would definitely recommend The Store."

"Dirtiest accommodation I have stayed in in many, many years. Insects crawling on and in the bed. Common area floor filthy dirty. Carpets fraying everywhere. Towels; dirty. Electric sockets; not working. Staff; rude; apparently there is pre-assigned seating for breakfast; I was barked at to move tables. Entrance is dark. Bathroom actually clean but floor was dangerously slippery. Flagged uncleanliness to staff; no response. "

"Really lovely hotel set in pretty grounds. Only a short drive to Oxford centre and Blenheim Palace. Comfortable room with good amenities and there is a lovely swimming pool and spa area. Enjoyed a drink in the courtyard as the sun was setting. Very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff."
