This is a premium boutique hotel in a central location, close to town, beach,train station and approx 15mins from the airport. The hotel is fresh and clean but the most appealing part of the stay for us was the staff and the food. From the moment we arrived (Susannah at reception) everyone we met was so pleasant, friendly and keen to ensure our comfort at all times. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant- both were superb - catering etc is to a very high standard with attention to detail. Overall, an excellent place to stay and to eat.

This is just an update. I have booked in here for July with National. The hotel is currently closed for a refit so it should be much improved when it reopens at the end of June. Will let you know on our return :)

We booked a night as a stopover to a week in St ives but didn't want to leave! What a great location and we were kindly upgraded to a sea view room by Jay who could not have been more welcoming and friendly, he is an asset to your company.
