It’s a great escape for those looking to get away far from the madding crowd and for those looking at authentic heritage place amidst scenic beauty that can give you the comfort of home away from home. It’s centrally located , the stream is just around 10 min walk away. cafés like Barista and restaurants Sagar Ratna just within walking distance. The restaurant offers authentic Kashmiri cuisine and North Indian favourites. Loved the chicken kanti, paneer, rogan Josh. The Nans were too good, served fresh and hot. Helpings were good too. Within the Hotel is naturally landscaped lawns to just laze out and enjoy the morning sun or walk after dinner with family or just find one of their naturally crafted outdoor zones to let out your creativity. My personal favourite was the glass hut lounge for early morning tea, great view and the sounds of birds chirping. If you’re lucky enough you may get the small cottage to yourself with two bedrooms and small kitchenette. Pre booking recommended. Overall it’s great Hotel for vloggers, families, friends, teams for long/ short stays and even destination events for weddings/ corporates.

Once the worst stay experiences ever. The hotel staff is unconcerned about the chilly weather and turns off the room heater at night stating it costs extra to the hotel hence we turn it off. A totally lame reason to give, the reception Mr Arif was not helpful at all, just denied we cant do anything you can stay or leave. I recommend not to choose this property.

This hotel is located in the main market Rooms are spacious, neat& clean. We two couples stayed in C 4&5 block. But there was a problem of accumulating water in bath room and also TV was not functioning. Repeated call at Reception to address the issue wasted our time of outing and this saddened us.

The location was good near the main market. The rooms was good. There was problem of accumulating water in bath rooms Also TV was not functioning in C Block.Repeated call from the receptionist urging us to attend disrupted our preparation for outings making it feel intrusive.

One of the best hotel in pahalgam location awesome staff is awesome and rooms are big and amazing view and front office staff is really helpful especially yasir and faizan really helpful thank you volga staff and food was very delicious i recommend all of my friends please visit volga hotel

I recently stayed at this hotel and was genuinely impressed. The affordability combined with the fantastic location made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a budget-friendly yet amazing experience. They have beautiful lawn. Rooms are compact but well appointed.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist especially Yasir and Faizan, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Volga is situated at a comfortable place in Pahalgam from where you can visit many other places. What is special about it is the atmosphere, the way the place and the gardens are maintained and most importantly the kind service. The owner is one of the kindest people and the staff is friendly. What is however the highlight of the stay is the sumptuous food at Volga and the authentic Kashmiri cuisine. DO NOT MISS THE HAAKH (saag) made here. It was a blessed stay and whether you come here alone, with friends and family or for business, it has amenities to serve all needs. My immense gratitude for the time I spent here.
