An excellent few days spent at the Rosemead guest house. Our hosts Keith & Margaret were superb, nothing was too much trouble. They even gave us good advice on what to see and where to visit. Rooms were clean and tidy and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Overall a lovely couple of days, will definitely be back here again.

Spent a few nights in Paignton with my grandson after my wife found this gem of a Bnb online. In a prime location, 200 yards from the seafront with its parks, amusement arcades and amenities, we had a lovely warm welcome and amazing customer service throughout our stay. Loads of choice for breakfast, lots on offer for children too. Our room was lovely and comfortable, well stocked with teas and coffees etc. The chill box came in handy during the warm weather. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to visit again. Thank you Keith and Margaret.

Fantastic stay at Rosemead, Keith in particular was brilliant & really looked after us. From the cleanliness of the room and the entire guest house to the food & service it was too notch! The location was perfect too, close to amenities and transport. Can’t recommend enough & will definitely be staying again :)
