"Gem hotelu w pięknym miejscu na plaży nieco poza Paignton i 10 minut spacerem do piaszczystego piaszczystego przybrzeża. "The hosts Debs, Paul and Mark, were the most accommodating and generous hosts i have ever encountered, planned on a two night stay but was so impressed with this property we stayed five nights. Breakfast excellent, cleanliness and hospitality was superb. I cannot recommend highly enough. Finishing touch being surprised with two packed lunches for our journey home."

"Honestly I do not recommend this place at all. The entire experience scared me to the point where I had a nightmare about it. As soon as you walk in it’s like a child’s paradise, how this place is advertised for couples is actually beyond me. The room we were offered was tiny, Vernon said we weren’t welcome to stay on the Saturday, so we booked somewhere else and he’s refused to give us back the £160 we paid (even though he was flaunting that he’s a millionaire and doesn’t need anyone’s money). Just a really sketchy experience."

"I loved my stay here!! Perfect location, just off the Paignton seafront and 5 minutes walk to the train/bus stations and to the centre. The included breakfast is hearty with lots of options! The highlight was the owners who are absolutely wonderful - knowledgable with ideas of what to do in the area and what’s on when you’re around. I’ll be staying here again when I’m back! Były szczęśliwe, że pozwolili mi poczekać, gdy sprzątnęli pokój, ale wyszłam na późne śniadanie. Zabrali moje ciężkie puszki do pokoju. Pokój jest czysty i przestronny z dość nowym dekoracją, co jest wszystko czego chcemy i potrzebujemy. Był to najtańszy wariant w tym regionie i jest lepszy niż tańsze miejsce, które wcześniej zostałem. Wielkie wartości za pieniądze ."

"We stayed in July 2025 we stayed in top hotels but didn't have the service we had staying here the owner makes you very welcome could do anymore for us while we stayed it's lovelyits home from home we been here 2years running and wouldn't go any where else back next year only 5mins from train station and shops pubs and bus station hans is a lovely person and cookes the best breakfast we every had and all rooms are clean and ask you if he can do more for you never change hans Tina Chris and Brian"
