This is a 2 star hotel so you are getting what you pay for. It is clean and has all needed facilities, you have an empty mini fridge you can put your things in, a kettle, a TV and AC. There is housekeeping every morning. You also have breakfast every morning which I was not expecting for a 2* hotel, the options are plenty. The reception is 24/7 so you can reach them any time you need. My only complaint that is preventing me from giving a 5/5 is the smell. When I first entered the room, either the curtains are not washed or the previous patron was a heavy smoker but the curtains were really saturated with the strong smell of cigarettes. As a non smoker the smell was really noticeable. Thankfully the balcony has two doors that lock, one metal grill door with gaps to let air in and the glass door, so I had to leave the balcony glass door open all day through the duration of my stay to dissipate the smell a bit. Perhaps an option for non smoking rooms should be added.

My wife and I stayed at the Athens Marriott Hotel last month, the first stay for 3 nights and then another 2 nights prior t o our return to the USA. We have been guests at this hotel many times over the years when we come to visit family in Greece and we never leave disappointed. Upon our arrival we were greeted back as family members. The hotel obviously trains their personnel extremely well. Our room was very nice with all of the amenities that one would expect along with a very comfortable bed. Any questions we had were answered very thoroughly by Vivi and Katerina at the Reception Desk. The checkin and checkout process was very smooth and efficient. The variety of choices at breakfast are bountiful. The service in the dining room was very good, and the young lady in the dining room, Fedra, always welcomed us with a warm smile. The lobby outdoor atrium was a perfect spot for cocktails and snacks as well as the rooftop bar. Ivan, a porter, was extremely helpful with our luggage and he also made arrangements to store some of our luggage while we traveled to the islands, a great courtesy. The hotel has a shuttle service to the center of Athens. The driver, Panayiotis, was very friendly with a perpetual smile. He always made a point of helping passengers on and off the bus. Yianni, the concierge doorman was extremely helpful in recommending restaurants and tavernas within walking distance, namely, The Calypso and ****nis, to name a couple. The staff was very attentive, courteous and professional. One again, our expectations of good service and professional help were met. We highly recommend the hotel.

MY HUSBEND AND ME SPENT 29 HAPPY DAYS IN CORAL HOTEL FROM THE .2023 MIDDLE OF MARCH TO THE MIDDLE OF APRIL THE LOCATION IS GREAT, RIGHT ON THE SEA FRONT PROMENADE. NEAR THERE IS A VERY CONVENIENT TRUNSPORTATION TO EVERY WHERE. NEARBY IS A LOVELY STREET WHERE THERE ARE A SUPERMARKET, MANY SHOPS, CAFFES AND RESTAURANTS. THE ROOMS ARE COMFORABLE AND CLEEN, THE MATRESS IS VERY GOOD. WE HAD A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM. THERE IS A GORGIOUS VIEW FTOM THE VERANDA OF THE SEA VIEW ROOMS . THE BREAKFAST RESTAURANT IS ON THE . 7TH FLOOR WITH UNBELIEVABLE VIEWS THE BREAKFAST IS VERY GOOD THE BEST IN CORAL HOTEL IS THE CREW. ALL ARE PROFESSIONALS, GIVING THE SRVICE WITH A WARM HOME ATTITUDE IT STARTS WITH THE MANAGER, MR. VAGGELIS ASPROULIS, THAN THE RECEPCION'S MANAGER MR. PANIS, ALL THE RECEPTION FREW, MR. DIMITRIS, THE RESERVATION MANAGER, ALL THE PEOPLE WHO SERVE IN THE HOTEL'S RESTAURANT, IN THE BREAKFAST ROOM AND AT LAST, THE ROOM CLEANING WOMEN .THE STAFF WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND HELPFUL. .YOU REALY GET THE BEST VALUE FOR THE MONEY MIRA

This hotel made my trip so much better! Even though I traveled to Greece for work related matters, from the start to the end of my stay the staff of Poseidon hotel made me feel like I am on vacation - the generosity, kindness and helpfulness can't be described less than excellent - thank you for that.
